Totally recommended! The apartment is fresh, clean and well equipped. It has nice sea view and free car park. Everything as described. The host is very communicative and hospitable. There are many restaurants and shops in the area. 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach.

C'est la deuxième fois que nous séjournons dans cet appartement, la vue de la terrasse est magnifique. C'est un super appartement qui correspond à la description et qui permet de profiter de la mer et de Trogir.

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, im Anschluss wurde uns die Wohnung gezeigt. Diese und die Umgebung entsprach unsere Vorstellung und dem Inserat. Wir fühlten uns wohl und hatten alles, was wir brauchten.

Marijana’s place was one of the highlights of our stay in Trogir. Just a short walk from the old city, yet completely quiet and peaceful, the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. As soon as you enter, you’re greeted by a beautiful garden patio filled with flowers and cozy corners to lounge. It instantly feels welcoming and calm. We spent a lot of time out there, just enjoying the vibe. The flat itself is spotless and has everything you need – you can tell Marijana has thought of every detail to make guests feel comfortable. It’s super well-equipped and very nicely done. And Marijana is simply lovely. Warm, friendly, and genuinely caring – she clearly takes pride in making her guests feel at home. Can’t recommend this place enough. Peaceful, charming, and just a pleasure to stay in.

I stayed for a month and had a great time. The view from the balcony is truly exceptional and it is lit up with sunlight all day long. The host sells home made drinks which is a nice touch and the grape brandy was really nice. Super fast Internet at 250 mbps/s was installed during my stay which was a welcome addition. The only downside of the whole trip is the 20 minute walk up hills to the nearest supermarket but it wasn't enough to ruin the trip. I would definitely visit again. 5/5

The appartmemt if Ivan is fantastic. it really is a dream. the location is beautiful. what can you wish more then a balcony with sea view? The communication with Ivan is perfect. Verg friendly and helpfull. I would recommend to book this place to everybody. thank you Ivan for the nice days.

Kaštel Stari was truly a hidden gem! Only 15 min drive from Trogir and about 20-25 min from Split Marina. Perfect to explore around but quiet place to stay and relax if you want. The beautiful beach was just steps away, so convenient. There is coffee, ice cream, market, lots of restaurants and they even had a small public market outside our window in the courtyard! Locals were also super friendly. Would definitely recommend and stay again. A unique stay within 300 year old walls and old town. Jelena was a great host and super responsive! Thank you for our stay.

Alenka ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin. Das Appartment ist genau wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Aussicht auf die Bucht ist wunderschön. Der Pool ist ebenfalls genau so schön wie auf den Bildern, mit reichlich Liegen und stets sauber. Außerdem gibt es einen direkten Zugang zum Meer. Das Haus liegt an der Strandpromenade, auf der man zu mehreren Restaurants kommt, oder wenn man möchte zu Fuss bis zur Altstadt in Trogir. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

Modern apartment with all stuff you need for your holiday. Kitchen with all equipment you need to cook your meal. We spent there nice time with 3 small kids. Close to the beach (300m) which is suitable for kids. Opportunities for beach walks, promenade with bars and trips. Separate room with loundry machine, dryer, iron, hairdryer and space for beach stuff.

Ubytování bylo naprosto dokonalé, čisté a svěží. Velice pohodlná postel, luxusní koupelna a sprchový kout a nádherná kuchyně, která navíc obsahovala i základní suroviny (olej, sůl, pepř ale i čaj a kávu) což bylo velmi nápomocné. Voda z kohoutku byla pitná. Výhled z apartmánu na přístav byl nádherný a bylo možné si jej užít na prostorné terase. Pláž byla vzdálená opravdu jen pár kroků a na přelomu května a dubna byla zcela prázdná. Nejde nezmínit hostitelku Melanii, která je duší apartmánového domu a udělá vše pro to, aby jste si mohli odpočinout. Moc děkujeme!

We come to Trogir a few times a year and this apartment has been by far the best. The host was fantastic and friendly. The location is second to none ! We had our morning coffee up on the terrace that overlooks the castle and the riva… I will search no more when it comes to finding the PERFECT stay when we come back to Trogir. Thanks for having us and we hope to see you again soon.

Milka and her husband were very friendly and attentive to any needs or questions. The space was clean and had everything needed for a couple or family of three. Only thing I would recommend is to bring a portable indoor grill as there is no oven. From a 2-3 minute walk you can find two grocery stores and a bakery. The beach and restaurants are equally close. 8 minutes away is the water taxi and marina where you can go to Trogir. Location is awesome. Plus Okrug Gornji has a beautiful sunset you can watch every evening. Milka speaks good English and she was always happy to chat. We came with family living a few minutes away and they had unforeseeable problems with their accommodations. Needing a new place urgently Milka was kind and offered one of her other flats right next to ours for a well reduced cost. The generosity and kindness saved a sour situation from dampening a memorable holiday. We would be happy to stay with her again.

Wir haben zu zweit im September 2024 knapp zwei Wochen in dem Appartement verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist absolut zu empfehlen! 👍 Zur Unterkunft: Das Zimmer ist sauber und mit einem ausführlichen Gäste-Handbuch mit Informationen ausgestattet. Mehrfach die Woche (2-3 Mal) wurden frische Handtücher bereitgestellt. Die Küchenzeile verfügt über zwei Kochplatten, einen Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und die nötigen Utensilien. Das Badezimmer mit Dusche ist sauber. Das Highlight ist der Balkon mit dem wunderschönen Blick auf die Bucht von Okrug Gornji und den Sonnenuntergang. Zur Lage: Zwei Supermärkte sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen, zum Strand ist es halbwegs steil bergab aber auch nicht weit (ca. 10 Minuten). Entlang der Hafenpromenade befinden sich einige Restaurants und Bars. Im September war der Kiesstrand nicht überfüllt. Ein Mietwagen ist sehr zu empfehlen, es gibt sehr viele schöne Strände und Natur zu entdecken.

Świetny apartament, przestronny, czysty, ze świetnym dużym jacuzzi 😍 byliśmy w 6 osób i było nam bardzo komfortowo. Pod domem jest parking. WiFi działa bez zarzutu. Gospodarz bardzo miły i pomocny. W dniu przyjazdu czekał na nas i zaopatrzył nam lodówkę w potrzebne produkty 🙂 W okolicy sklepy ogólnospożywcze, piekarnia i sklep mięsny. Cisza, spokój. Bardzo chętnie wrócimy!

Das Apartment von Neda ist so wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Es ist eine top Lage und man hat auch seine Ruhe. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und hatte auch eine super tolle Ausstattung. Die Zeit wo wir da verbracht haben war sehr schön auch allein durch das Apartment und natürlich der Balkon und das man nur wenige Schritte brauchte um am Meer zu sein. Wir können diese Apartment von Neda nur weiterempfehlen.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment, spacious balcony area perfect for a family outdoor dinner and relaxing in the hot tub. Easy walk into the old town - about 15 minutes. Marina provided clear check in instructions and recommendations on restaurants which we tried out and enjoyed! If you’re looking for a quiet place to stay and unwind after a busy day exploring then you should definitely stay here.

Josips place was great! The apartment was safe and comfortable. The terrace with the hot tub was great for evenings relaxing and taking in the views. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Split!

Wir machten in unseren langen 2 monatigen Ferien dort einen Zwischenstopp, genau das richtige, wie heimkommen, sich wohlfühlen, traumhafter Garten und Ruhe. Wir waren zum dritten- und sicher nicht zum letzten mal dort! Toll!

Highly recommend this apartment. Jolanda was quick to get back to us and no problem checking in at 10pm. Apartment was well equipped with 2 comfortable bedrooms and a kitchen with everything including some welcome treats. The hot tub was amazing and very welcome after busy days out. A 10min walk to the old town and bus station with a supermarket around the corner. The shower runs on a tank so as long as no one spends too long there is enough hot water for 4 people. Jolanda also really kindly looked after our bags on our last day as our flight was late. Would definitely stay here again

This place was absolutely amazing! It had everything we needed, had beautiful views, was so comfortable and welcoming, and was in an excellent location. The perfect spot if you want something quiet and relaxing near the ocean, but close to Split. Mehdi was an excellent host as well; he was very helpful and gave lots of great recommendations. We would love to stay here again in future!

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Wir waren zu zweit und hatten ausreichend Platz. Das Apartment wäre auch gut für vier Personen geeignet. Die Sofabezüge wirken etwas altmodisch, doch die sensationelle Aussicht auf das Meer und die grosse Terrasse mit Whirlpool, lässt einen das sofort vergessen. Die Vermieterin war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Der Transport vom Airport zur Unterkunft war perfekt organisiert. Vielen Dank für alles

We had such a wonderful stay at Zvonimir’s place in Podstrana! The home was beautiful, clean, and had an absolutely stunning view, the kind you don’t forget. Zvonimir and his family were exceptional hosts: kind, welcoming, and genuinely thoughtful. One of the highlights was receiving some delicious homemade treats that made us feel right at home. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations, and we’d absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!

Location, location, location. Large, quiet, clean apartment steps from everything. Fourth floor walk up, but the manager (Duje) is terrific and even helps carry up some of your luggage.
