We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

We have two bedrooms listed. It is our understanding that two guests will be sharing the main bedroom. If two guests book and require two bedrooms, please book for three people to cover the cost of the extra bedroom. Our home is on the outskirts of Warminster with rural views, we are 1 mile from Center Parcs and 2 miles from Longleat, easy access to Salisbury, Bath & Frome. A family bathroom. Breakfast included. A dining area, TV, DVD, use of the garden. And we have a Labrador dog.

Iris’s Annexe, self contained nr Longleat and Bath

This private self contained annexe was built around 6 years ago but has been completely redecorated and newly furnished. We are a 15 minute drive to Longleat and the Safari Park. We are located in Westbury which has excellent train links to Bath, Salisbury, Bristol and London so you can explore the wonderful area. Bath is a 30 minute car journey as is Stonehenge. Salisbury is a 45 minute drive. The annexe has its own private entrance so you can come and go as you please.
