Apartment holiday rentals in old nice, Nice

This apartment was, by far, the most incredible Airbnb rental we have ever rented. We are seasoned travelers, and the serenity and views from this flat, though in a bustling area, were more breathtaking and peaceful than we ever imagined. Our goal is always to find the best view and this did not disappoint —you will not want to leave (even for dinner)! This is the premier location in Nice to be near the old town area, but also closest to the sea. Having three balconies allows you to bring the outside in, but you are high enough from the street that the traffic never posed an issue; I napped in the living room in the afternoon sun while being lulled by the sound of the waves below. It’s a memory I will always cherish. The bedroom is on the other side of the apartment, making for a very peaceful sleep. This apartment is top of the line in finishes and amenities—the kitchen was fully stocked (but who wants to cook on vacation?). Leo and Romain were always responsive! Book this flat!

The studio is wonderful, perfect location and everything that you need for a lovely stay in Nice! Serge was very helpful and communicative. Would definitely recommend!

Awesome location and beautiful space! Right when you exit, there are so many restaurants and bakeries filled with people. It was a pleasant surprise to find that the loft was so spacious and clean. We would definitely stay again. Only note is that if you have a lot of luggage, there is no elevator and the loft is on the 4th floor, but still well worth it in my opinion :)

This is probably one of the coolest places I've ever been to. I especially liked the natural light coming in from skylight. Excellent location, very quiet and peaceful in the evenings. Lovely terrace with sun shade. Would recommend. I'll definetly be staying here for my next trip.

Wonderful apartment near the train station

Sophie’s apartment was fantastic. It is in an amazing central location, and a few minutes walk right outside of Old Nice so it’s not too touristy. The apartment is minimal, modern, but still with character and decorated with taste. It has the terrace where we’d sip our espressos in the morning and people watch. The apt is on the 4th floor of the marble staircase but I think it adds to the charm (and you want that height with the terrace). It’s more spacious than the photos make it looks and has lots of light. The best part of airbnb was Sophie herself! She met up with us in person to give the keys and show us around the apartment. She was welcoming and very French (cool and beautiful!). She leaves a list of all her recommendations of what to do and eat in Nice and they were on point, and real places she goes to. She even notes what spots have fair prices, trendy, etc. some of my favorite meals of my 2 week France trip were Sophie’s spots. She is a true local and wants you to have an au

Beautiful and comfortable

Adrien and Alexandra facilitated an early check-in and made sure we were happy and settled in. The place had beautiful view of the ocean and the mountains, and was perfectly placed near public transit and a lot of great shops and restaurants. If the opportunity arises, I would definitely look to come back!

This was a beautiful apartment. The location was perfect with an easy walk to the beach and restaurants nearby. Working AC and a comfortable bed made sleeping easy. There were a few flights of stairs with no lifts to the room but the view from our window was worth it! Nicolas and his team provided everything we needed for our stay and was very friendly!

Perfect stay in Nice for a couple. The apartment was impeccable, very clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable and functional, with everything you need for your stay. The location was great, right in the middle of the old town, with a lot of shops, restaurants and beach in walking distance. Murielle was amazing during our stay, always available and with great tips on the city! Will definitely return when i come back to Nice.

We had a fabulous stay at Damien’s apartment. The space is exactly as photographed, the location is incredible just a couple of minutes to the beach and in the heart of the old town and surrounding restaurants + easy access to public transport to get you to other areas along the coast/the airport. Damien was responsive and quick to respond and fix the AC when we needed it. Good size for a couple, for a couple of days. We’d thoroughly recommend the apartment and area.

Great place if you are looking to be at the heart of the tourist area. Numerous shops and restaurants and an easy walk from other key parts of the city. The deck is beautiful but as others have noted---be aware that it really is quite a climb to get there.

The place is very cute. Philip is very kind and prepared everything for our stay to be very pleasant. I totally recommend staying there if you go to Monaco

This was the perfect base from which to do the Nice half marathon. Jacqui’s apartment is roomy, comfy and perfectly located, within easy walking distance to shops, port, beach and restaurants. Jacqui was brilliant with communication before and during the trip. We had a great few days and would certainly recommend this accommodation and/or happily book again. Thank you Jacqui!

Everything was great, the only detail was the lack of a curtain in one of the windows.

A real little haven of peace: bright apartment, tastefully decorated, and perfectly located a stone's throw from the beach. The terrace and spa are a real plus. Nearby parking and shops. Calm, comfort and impeccable welcome. We recommend it without hesitating!

Excellent loft in the very center of the city, but with large suitcases it is better not to check in here, because the staircase to the 5th floor is huge But the location of the apartment is very good, the owner was always in touch

Very nice location, the house is quiet and beautiful, suitable for a holiday to slowly enjoy the surrounding beauty, the interior is fully equipped, clean, everything is just right, the owner replied in time, and recommended the use of various facilities around.The most surprising thing is that there are many delicious and scenic restaurants in the nearby ancient city. There are new expectations every day😚. It is highly recommended for self-driving travelers.
