Little Acres is a first floor self-contained apartment situated in a quiet village on the edge of the Vale of Belvoir, Leicestershire / Lincolnshire border. Just a 2-minute drive from the A1 and close to the A52. The Apartment is located on the first floor of our home, above the garages, ideal for 2 people, but can sleeps up to 4. Entry is through a shared utility area (separate to our house) and a private stair case leads to the apartment. We also offer private off road parking for one car.

My flat is self contained with its own entrance. It has an open plan kitchen / living room with full cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and a full set of kitchen wares. The bedroom is separate with an en-suite shower room. Off road parking is available directly outside the flat. Garden area with seating is available. The flat is set in a quiet country location on the edge of a small hamlet with easy access to main roads. Nearby places of interest to visit include Belton House.

Lovely, converted stable block in a very quiet village near to Grantham and just 25 mins from Stamford. Local pub doing good food. The Stable is a completely self-contained annexe accommodation , with fully fitted kitchen, 4 poster bed and small lounge area. Own front door and off road parking outside. The Stable is for 2 people but there is a small sofa bed in the lounge. Note that small surcharge is payable, if sofa bed is required for a 2 person booking (for example for a child)

Relaxing, warm, quiet & cosy !

The Wash house is a beautiful detached stone built countryside retreat perfect for couples. It was built around the 1850’s along with many other properties in the village by the Brownlow family, and in the day it was used for the villagers to come and wash. It sits within our garden, enjoying far reaching views, in a conservation village, with a super village church again enjoying the Lincolnshire countryside views.

Self contained annexe in a rural setting between Dry Doddington and Stubton. Nearest town is Newark with good access to A1, A17 and A46. Fresh milk, bread and butter plus a selection of cereals for diy breakfast. Tea and coffee also in cupboards. No bus service as very rural with great walks. Only microwave as no hob/cooker. Huge grass garden with picnic bench. WiFi is patchy as Satellite based from main house.

My husband and I had a truly wonderful stay at Hayley’s Airbnb. It was the perfect retreat — peaceful, beautifully styled, and incredibly cozy. Despite being a smaller space, it felt both luxurious and thoughtfully designed. The room had everything we needed to relax and unwind, from the super comfortable bed to the calming decor. The bathroom was especially impressive — very modern with a spacious shower and heated floors, which added such a touch of luxury. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into making the space feel welcoming and high-end. We felt completely at ease from the moment we arrived, and we’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing. Very close to the event we were attending in Grantham just 15 mins away. Fantastic communication from the host from start to finish. The photos didn't do it justice as it was a lot bigger than i expected; nicely furnished, very comfy, had excellent sleep. The 'How To' guide was very simple and made sense to use all the applicances. The cottage was immaculate; there was a lovely aroma, all the furnishings were fresh and modern. The TV was massive - with a good view selection. Internet was very good and easy to connect to. Bath water was nice and hot, easy to use shower. I had 3 teenagers with me who really enjoyed the stay too. Would definitely use for next year.
