House holiday rentals in Old Stratford

The lovely home was ideal place to gather for a family wedding. There were 13 of us, including 4 babes and it worked very well. Masses of space inside the house and to be able to sit outside Thoroughly recommend it as a dreamy place to stage, perfect for all generations.

I had an amazing stay at this place! The space was incredibly clean and well-maintained, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The house was also very spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. The pictures just don’t do it justice. Swimming pool and Sauna was a nice touch for sure and definitely made use of it. John was responsive and helpful, making the entire experience seamless. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

Lauren was a fabulous host, nothing was too much trouble. My request for a birthday cake for one of our party was met with "I can arrange that for you and would you like candles and balloon decorations too." I got the brownie points but Lauren did all the work. The accommodation was beautiful on arrival and it bought on some very happy birthday tears. Spotlessly clean and furnished to a high standard throughout, and it comes with a nice little private garden. The site is wonderful and has everything you could need, from a good breakfast to some lovely walks around fishing lakes. My girls had a wonderful long weekend at Laurens accommodation and,although not home yet, are already planning a return trip. Thanks again Lauren... 5*.

From 1st contact, Patricia was quick to reply & friendly. Her lodge was spotless and equipped with everything u cld want. Welcome pack of bread / milk etc such a lovely thought. Flowers and plants around the lodge are absolutely beautiful! The park itself is so peaceful. Would definately recommend

I didn’t stay there myself, I booked the place for my co-workers coming over from London , but they said the place was very nice!

Absolutely perfect from booking to checking out. Richard is an incredible host with everything you need. If you have kids, this is the place. Our 6 and 4 year old loved swimming multiple times, reading the kids library of books and playing with the many toys at the house. You can’t get any better than these hosts and this house.

What can I say about The Firs? The word luxury doesn't do it justice, as soon as we walked through the door we were in ore of the building and it's surroundings. The amenities were fantastic, our personal favourites being the balcony with sun lounges, hot tub and pool table! The house is also decorated with a stylish, luxurious The decor. The kitchen is a stand out feature The owners were reliable, had brilliant communication and even gave us a recommendation to a beautiful restaurant called Quayside Hotel! They couldn't do enough. The on site groundsman was also super friendly and even borrows us his tandem bike! We will be back next year!

Celesta has been a great host from first booking 8 months before, communicating through out answering any questions, helpful advice and letting me know when issues arose - and going above and beyond to have everything sorted for our arrival. Lovely stay had everything we needed, perfect location, train station walkable straight into the city within 10 minutes.

What a superb cottage, set back from the road in a very quiet and peaceful location looking out over fields. The cottage was immaculately clean and beautifully appointed. Very comfy bed and lovely powerful shower plus bonus of a private outdoor seating area. Michelle is a great host and I highly recommend this property.

I stayed with my wife, daughter and son, we had a wonderful time, we walked everywhere locally. Collyweston is a great location, it is near to Rutland Water, Stamford, Burleigh Hall and a number of beautiful villages and attractions. The cottage is peaceful and quiet directly opposite the lovely local church. We couldn't have asked for a better location or a lovelier cottage. We will definitely return as we have much more to see.

We had a lovely stay at Lambert cottage. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions. The property is at a great location, it’s clean, cozy and well equipped. We had an amazing time and would recommend.

The accommodation was ideally situated being only a few minutes walk from the town centre. Having said that, it was lovely and quiet in the accommodation. The whole house was spotlessly clean and immaculately tidy when we arrived with fresh bed linen and multiple towels provided. There are all the facilities you could want - dishwasher, washing machine, electric cooker and hob, pans, crockery, cutlery etc. I can't recommend this accommodation highly enough - absolutely perfect for our stay.

Great place to stay for access to Stamford. Easy to find and kitchen and living areas really well appointed.

Can’t find anything to fault, the house was stunning and so spacious, perfect location as it was so close to the centre and very responsive and friendly hosts, would recommend!

This was a great house to bring our family together for an event in the local area. The host was extremely helpful in the lead up to our arrival, happy to answer any questions we had. They were very accommodating and we were very pleased that they were able to offer a later check out. Thank you for all your help and a lovely stay.

We had a pleasant stay, just one night. We had an early entry and a later exit arranged with Emma. The house is located on a fairly new and very quiet housing estate with a 5 minute drive or 30 minute walk into the centre of Stamford which is well worth a visit. The house looked just like the pictures and also has quite a large lawned rear garden.

From booking - checkout Michelle & Steve were the most amazing hosts. Incredible communication, flexible with check in & check out & very personable. As for the property, it’s gorgeous. We were a family of 5 adults and the house suited us perfectly. It’s finished to the highest possible standard with everything you could ever need (and more!). The personal touches gave the properly a very luxurious feel. Thanks so much! Should we return to Spalding in the future, we’ll be sure to be back x

As soon as we saw the Garden House we relaxed straight away, it is a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beautiful scenery and birds. Isabel’s handbook had lots of information and great instructions to walk around the estate and meet the sheep. The welcome pack was superb! Thankyou! We slept so well with the bird song waking us. We did venture out but it was great to get back to the comfort of the Garden house. I met Isabel who is a wonderful lady. We do hope to be back again Mary and David

We stayed in Nicola's house as 6 people for 3 days. Even though these houses are tiny by default, we didn't feel like not having enough space. It was clean and well equipped. Everything is within walking distance and its a nice neighbourhood overall. Wouldn't hesitate coming again.

Anna’s cottage and garden were even nicer than the photos. Lots of little touches that made the stay feel even more special and welcoming . The area is beautiful and we had great weather. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay here.

The house was absolutely wonderful—warm, cozy, and beautifully maintained. The location was perfect, offering both convenience and a sense of security. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, making it easy to relax and feel at home. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Adie made us feel very welcome, and made sure we had everything we needed. He left us bread, milk,cereals,teabags,coffee and even a bottle of wine, etc. We were just a little surprised that we had to be out by 10am, we could have done with a little longer. It was great that the dogs came and visited as we were missing ours. Thank you Adie for a wonderful place to lay our heads and get ready for our granddaughters wedding.

More than just an Airbnb — this was an unforgettable experience. The space was exceedingly comfortable, tastefully exuberant, and absolutely full of character. We especially appreciated the quirky quality of the furnishings, which made the place feel unique and thoughtfully curated. The accommodation was outstanding: super clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail felt intentional, and it all came together beautifully. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.
