Great location and perfect!

Our family had a wonderful stay here. We loved the open, modern and bright kitchen/dining area large enough to accommodate our family of 6. Was really nice that each bedroom has an updated private bath and large screen tv. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, neighborhood felt very safe with many people strolling the area walking dogs and visiting with neighbor's. We would 100% stay here again when visiting the area.

Very cute apartment. Great location for visiting University of New Mexico. Will plan on staying here again to come visit my kiddo.

Visiting Albuquerque? Don't even think about a bedsitter hotel/motel if Serge's place is available! The apartment is superb - parking, easy entrance, great well-stocked kitchen, strong wifi, tv, two excellent bedrooms, dining table, comfortable, solid furniture, squeaky clean, and a private outside area as well. There is a large park just a block away, shopping is a half mile away, and numerous excellent restaurants are within a ten-minute drive. This is an affordable 5-star property!

Beautiful apartment and well furnished. Tamera was quick to respond to inquiries. She also notified us when a maintenance repair person was coming in. The property is immaculately maintained. I hope to stay again in the future.

Kelly’s place was convenient to our grandson’s soccer tournament in Bernalillo and the attractions we visited in Old Town. It was super clean, pleasant, uncluttered, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. Instructions were straightforward and everything was exactly as expected. I noted Kelly’s place is also close to Balloon Fiesta Park, making it a convenient location for that iconic event and a great value that we will keep in mind for any future trip to ABQ!

Great place within easy walking distance to many foot hill trails up the mountain! I'd stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area! The place was well kept and had everything I needed. Very clean and functional.

Mia's home was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The kitchen had essentials like dishes, tupperware, spices. The bathroom had plenty of towels, shower products, and even body lotion available. The bed was comfortable, there was plenty of closet space and even a luggage rack. It was convenient to have a washer and dryer available as well. We would definitely stay here again.

I loved this space. It was very centrally located to many restaurants and the neighborhood was quiet and clean. Not to mention, carol adds the best little touches to the place. I highly recommend!

Agiola and Aaron have created a beautiful space to unwind after visiting all Albuquerque has to offer. We particularly were impressed by her helpful communication and the early check in. The space is nicely appointed and had everything we needed and more. We walked to the Roadrunner Bakery in Old Town - pistachio and red chile croissants:) , and Sawmill Market- lots of great food and drink options. Other great options for dining and drinking are nearby as well. The morning of our departure we found a nice little treat to sustain us in our road trip home as well! If you’re looking for a cozy, comfortable spot when in ABQ this is the spot!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Our kids thought it was super novel and exciting to have a three story apartment. 😆 We would happily stay here again!

This was very cozy and private. I liked that it was in the back but the pathway at night kinda scared me. I’m just not a bug person! But they had lights to light the way. Also, there is people upstairs so some noise is made. There isn’t any disturbance from it though and I would highly recommend this for two or three people. It is a small space but very convenient and comfortable! ◡̈

Jovie’s place was as described and presented in pictures. It was clean and well maintained. The kitchen contained basic items for daily function. Entrance into the apartment complex was a bit tricky as one entrance was closed, but instructions to obtain the key were clear and detailed. It was a relaxing and enjoyable place to stay. Despite being an apartment, the building was mostly quiet and neighbors were friendly.

Brandon was very accommodating on a short notice. He ensured we had a comfortable stay at the apartment.

Great location! Big enough for weekend get-away! Jovie was a great communicator and made sure our stay was pleasant. Would definitely recommend staying here :)

Luxury stay at a very reasonable price. The hosts were very attentive and did everything they could to make sure everything was perfect.

We loved this place! We chose this location because we were going to a festival at Balloon Fiesta Park and wanted something walkable. The walk from inside the festival at the park to the AirBNB was just over 2 miles and took us 45 minutes. The unit was extremely clean and modern with a huge bathroom and nice workspace. We would absolutely stay here again!
