Fresh and Modern Apartment Luka with Old Town & Sea View

There are only few terraces like this: Dubrovnik's Old Town in front of you and the clear Adriatic Sea behind it. The apartment is situated at the top of the house, it is perfectly romantic for the most beautiful sunsets you will ever see. We offer accommodation which consists of one apartment, 50 m2 large (suitable for 2+2) with an amazing sea and Old Town view. It has 1 bedroom ( double bed), living room ( couch - made into 1 double bed), kitchen, bathroom, and 2 balconies. Apartment is situated above the historical center of Dubrovnik in the residential area called Ploce, only 300 m walk from the entrance of the Old Town and approximately 5 minutes by foot from the most famous beach in Dubrovnik called "Banje"-pebble beach with a great cocktail bar, restaurant, water sports and a nightclub. Our house offers a splendid panoramic view of the Old Town, Lokrum island and the open Adriatic sea with the most beautiful sunset ever. The apartment is fully equipped, furnished with a balcony with sea and old town view. Air conditioner, TV, wireless internet, garage parking are included in price. We are always happy to assist our guests with their needs. All guests can use the whole apartment for themselves, its two balconies and the private garage. I would be happy to provide any information and help! The apartment is situated in Ploce district offering amazing Old Town and sea view. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and perfect for morning running or for night walks. Old Town is just few minutes walking distance, as well as the closest beach and many restaurants. New fully renovated apartment situated inside of city walls. Large window in living room and large window in bedroom. It takes two minutes to walk dawn to go to main street Stradun. Swimming area with cocktail bar - 1min walk ( 100m distance ). Groceries shop- 2min walk. Pharmacy- 3min walk. Plenty bars and restaurants on walking distance. (2-3min) . Apartment is located on quiet area. If You need transfer or baggage service we can help organise it for you. :)

My place is close to family-friendly activities, nightlife, the beach, and public transport. You’ll love my place because of the people, the ambiance, the outdoors space, the neighborhood, and the light. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Parking around the city is relatively expensive but we offer the possibility to park 10 minutes outside of the city and the car parking is FREE and supervised!
