Apartment holiday rentals in Old Town, Dubrovnik

Ana’s apartment was exactly as described. It is very well equipped and had everything we needed for our toddler (cot, high chair and some toys). The surrounding are very peaceful and view from balcony excellent. Our toddler enjoyed watching all the boats go past, as did we but it still felt private. Location is good - less than 15 minutes outside Dubrovnik. We had a car so I can’t comment much on public transport apart from I did see buses go past near to the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay here.

We had an awesome stay here, so central to everything and such a nice place to relax after walking around Dubrovnik Old Town! Would 100% stay here again. Beautiful apartment and can't beat the location, right in the heart of the Old Town.

The flat was two minutes walk from the Gruz marina, where most of the boat tours leave from and a five minute bus ride, the bus stop is right on the front door, to the Old Town. The flat is clean, modern and cannot be faulted. We thought Senka's place ideal to enjoy incredible Dubrovnik, which must be the cleanest city in the world. We can reccommend Senka and her accommodation to anyone. If you go, just around the corner is the Kiosk. The food here is simple but tasty. Thank You Senka. If we come back to Dubrovnik we will come back to your place.

We had an awesome time at Maja's place in Dubrovnik. The communication was fantastic and Maja arranged a lift for us from the ferry terminal. The unit was awesome. Clean, close to all the action with great restaurants just meters away. I would go back in a flash if I could. Thanks for make our time in this great city so memorable.

Everything was ok, very nice view from the balcony where you can see beautiful sunsets. very close to the mountains for a walk and the beach, which is right next door. I highly recommend it!

Great apartment. Location great in terms of transport to getting to old town (bus takes 5 minutes to get to old town and runs every few minutes and stops right outside). Place itself very nice, spacious, good bathroom. Danijela was really great, awesome communication and flexible even though we only booked the Airbnb very last minute everything was beautifully organised for us!!

Great place—exactly as described! The apartment has one very large bedroom and a second decent-sized room, plus a hallway cupboard for hanging clothes. The living room downstairs is very spacious, and all amenities are provided. The shower was a highlight: roomy, with strong water pressure and consistently hot water. The location is a nice balance—about a 20-minute walk to the old town, so you’re close enough to explore but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet away from the busy areas. There aren’t many shops immediately nearby, but there’s a lovely bakery just 2 minutes away with delicious pastries, and two small supermarkets within a 5-minute walk. Only small feedback: the bedroom shutters weren’t blackout, so the room got quite bright in the morning—which might not be ideal for light sleepers (though that’s a personal preference). Overall, a great stay! The hosts were very flexible and even accommodated an early check-in for us. Would definitely recommend.

We only stayed for one night, but it was a great experience! The apartment was clean, well-located, and matched the description perfectly. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. Wish we had more time to enjoy the place and the city, but for a short stay, it was exactly what we needed. Highly recommended!

A wonderful studio in a two-storey house with a large beautiful garden, 5-7 minutes' walk from the Old Town. Alberto lives nearby in the same house and is always ready to help. Contact with Alberto was very pleasant, he responded quickly, gave some useful recommendations and fulfilled our additional wishes. The studio has everything you need for a comfortable stay, it is cozy and quiet, and the table in front of the entrance is the perfect place to eat and relax after walking around Dubrovnik. We'd love to come again.

My wife and I stayed here for 10 days. Damir and his friend, Darija were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. They made us feel at home and offered help if we ever needed it. They also picked us up from the airport and took us back to the airport when we returned home, which was very helpful. Lovely, clean apartment and with all the facilities you could ever need. Fantastic location, about a ten minute walk from Banje beach and the old town. The view from the apartment was breathtaking. It was a view of the sea with Lokrum island. Private terrace which was lovely and peaceful. Bed was comfy and slept great while there. We will definitely return to Dubrovnik and would love to stay here again.

We had a great stay! The apartment was very clean, with excellent amenities and great value for money. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside was that there were no stairs, and since we were on the top floor with suitcases, it wasn’t as accessible as we had hoped. However, everything else was perfect, and we had a lovely experience and would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Iva is a wonderful host who communicates well, gives easy to follow instructions and great recommendations. The location was ideal for exploring the walled city. Nothing was far. Excellent choice for us.

Excellent apartment! The apartment is spacious and pristine. The views are phenomenal. The pool is spotless and really something special with the view. One of the best places we’ve stayed in a long time! Right out the front door there are stairs all the way down to the old town. The apartment was well stocked with every amenity we could have possibly needed.

A really lovely place to stay and very convenient for the old town. Luigi was very friendly and accommodating. A perfect place to stay in Dubrovnik. I wish that we could have stayed longer.

We absolutely loved staying here. Igor was fantastic, really responsive and helpful, and even brought little chocolate gifts for the kids. The pool was amazing, the location near beaches and not far from Dubrovnik. Igor even proactively offered to help us out after noticing an issue with our car - cannot recommend here highly enough for a break. The area is a paradise, the hosts are wonderful and the villa is perfect. We’ll be back.

Vila Ana is absolutely lovely and immaculately laid out. It is presented beautifully and has everything you need for your stay….. including a fantastic pool area with beautiful views from front of villa Ana and Tony were so welcoming and had even left food and goodies to welcome us Tony even gave us a tour of the immediate area including restaurants, supermarkets and Sun garden resort Knowing that they are nearby is very reassuring but not intrusive I cannot fault anything about our stay and would definitely return and recommend

What an amazing place, the best views in Dubrovnik and the pool was great!!

Our stay was fabulous. We arrived earlier than the check in time and left far later than check out time due to our flight times and Ivana accommodated this without issue. I was celebrating a big birthday and my sister communicated with Ivana and I arrived to balloon’s and cake. A really lovely surprise. The apartment is very well equipped, clean and spacious. Other than heating the pool (didn’t stop my family but I really don’t like cold water), I cannot and would not alter a thing. Its views are stunning, and I would 100% recommend Ivana and her apartment.

What a great few nights in Cavtat. Bruno was so good at communication and responded within minutes of if I needed to ask a question. Super friendly. The apartment was very clean and as described. The walk to the main harbour was about a 25 minute walk, it’s a bit tough walking back up the hill but we liked that as made sure we worked off dinner and drinks. Beautiful location and so near to the beach and closer restaurants if you didn’t want to walk to the main town. So much to do and a great base for excursions. Little cafe a minute walk up the road for water or snacks/breakfast. All in all I will be returning. This place is truly magical.
