Beachfront holiday rentals in Old Town, Dubrovnik

Gorgeous and relaxing space in a location poised perfectly & walkably between Old Town, beaches, and viewpoints (where else can you chill in a jacuzzi while looking at an island cursed by Benedictine monks, 100/10). Welcoming and responsive host, friendly neighborhood kitties, can’t recommend more.

This is the second time I have stayed in Renata's apartment...and I would happily stay there again. The location is wonderful, the deck is fabulous, and the bed is quite comfortable. it has everything I needed for a long stay. (over 1 month total).

Замечательная студия в двухэтажном доме с большим прекрасным садом в 5-7 минутах ходьбы от Старого города. Альберто живет рядом в том же доме и всегда готов помочь. Контакт с Альберто был очень приятным, он быстро отвечал, дал несколько полезных рекомендаций и выполнил наши дополнительные пожелания. В студии есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания, в ней уютно и тихо, а столик перед входом - идеальное место для приема пищи и отдыха после прогулок по Дубровнику. С удовольствием приедем еще раз.

Fantastic, central apartment close to everything

Ivanka is a truly wonderful host – attentive, incredibly helpful, and always present when needed. The flat itself is perfect: beautifully clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing stay. The location couldn’t be better – just a stone’s throw from the sea and well connected to all the must-see spots around Dubrovnik. It’s the ideal base for exploring this stunning part of the world. Thank you, Ivanka, for making my stay so enjoyable. I couldn’t have asked for a better place or a more gracious host!

Nike’s place was great. It is accurately described & it looks like the photos. She was flexible with our check in which was really helpful. She gave us great recs for restaurants & grocery stores. It’s cozy but it has everything you might need!

lovely stay, v relaxing and beautiful property in a wonderful location. irena was v welcoming and super helpful and took the stress out of airport transfers by booking taxi for us. she has a lovely eye for detail.

We enjoyed Dubrovnik very much and Ivo's place was perfect for our stay. We walked 25min into Old Town many times during our trip and enjoyed it. It was a little away from the crowds so we liked the peacefulness of the area. The view from the balcony of the Adriatic sea was beautiful. We would recommend :)

Absolutely fabulous 5 days in this beautiful apartment with outstanding views! Within easy walking distance of the centre of Cavtat, which has so many great restaurants & beach bars! It is a short steep walk back up (just like a lot of places in the area!) but worth it for the amazing views! We found the road a little easier than the steps, nice to have the option! Victoria was very helpful and on hand for anything we needed, even providing fresh towels & toilet rolls mid stay! The pool area was lovely, never busy and a great place to watch the beautiful sunsets! The apartment is on the road into Cavtat (also the inbound flight path), which wasn’t busy at night, also, the apartment seemed very well soundproofed, so we didn’t hear anything at night and enjoyed watching the planes in the day! The only disappointing thing was lack of furniture on the bedroom balcony, which was a shame, as we’d like to of used it! We would all highly recommend the apartment and hope to return!

We had the most amazing stay. The apartment was beautiful. Mario and Dijana were extremely responsive and helpful. Mario picked us up from the airport and took us to the supermarket after showing us around and giving us some great recommendations which was a lovely surprise and made our stay even more special. Would highly recommend! The area was perfect, a short bus ride or taxi boat to Dubrovnik and Cavtat and Mlini itself was the perfect alternative to the hustle and bustle - beautiful beach and restaurant’s and so much to do.

Le cadre est magnifique, la piscine chauffée est superbe. La maison est très bien décorée. Je ne peux que recommander cette location ! Les échanges avec l'hôte était facile et rapide.

We were very pleased and our expectations were exceeded in many ways. Beautiful views were astonishing and the pool area was peaceful and clean as well as equiped with good sunbeds. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. By using Uber we were able to achieve what we wanted, with very reasonable price, although local buses were available too.

We stayed for 4 nights with our family, children age 4 & 2. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay and explore Dubrovnik. The apartment is perfectly located just steps from the old town / city walls, for a short trip this was ideal. Everything is on your doorstep, you can walk everywhere. The house is beautiful and Ivona has done a wonderful job of designing it. It was so well equipped with everything you needed. Michael welcomed us and even arranged our transfer from the airport. They had left us a selection of snacks including bread, milk, jams, coffee pods, wine, beer which was great. The swimming pool area is a bonus and we enjoyed an afternoon swimming and enjoying the views. The whole complex is spotless and so well maintained. I was a little apprehensive as of whether the children would enjoy Dubrovnik, however they loved it and I would recommend. We hope to return one day and if you are considering booking, book early, you will not disappointed. Thank you!

Das kleine Apartment ist sehr schön gelegen zwischen Cavtat und Dubrovnik, beides super mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Auch Mlini und Srebreno sind mindestens einen Besuch wert und zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Umgebung ist perfekt - ruhig und gut angebunden. Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht, da das Apartment neuer und modernen eingerichtet ist, als auf den Bildern. Alles, was man braucht ist da, die Aussicht vom Balkon ist ein Traum, der Pool super sauber und quasi direkt vor der Haustür. Die Gastgeber sind zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und reagieren sehr schnell. Wir wurden vom Flughafen abgeholt und auch mitten in den Nacht wieder hingefahren - vielen Dank! Wir können es sehr empfehlen!

What an incredible place to stay, we arrived and was greeted by the lovely Diana. She immediately made us feel at home, walking us round the estate showing us all of the amenities. We stayed in the guest house with it's own private balcony shaded by a veranda covered in beautiful Wisteria. The guest house itself is lovely, well presented and incredibly clean on arrival with plenty of hot water and an extremely comfy bed,with lovely white soft bed sheets. The grounds to the main Villa are gorgeous with orange trees and well maintained all round. The pool is immaculate with warm water, seating areas and kitchen with fresh ground coffee available free for guests which is a lovely touch.Overall we recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Dubrovnik. It is a short 10 min walk to the old city and there is a very nice restaurant nearby (Fratellos) that does amazing cocktails. Best start of the summer and we will definitely be back!

Wir waren eine Woche im Juni in Antuns Apartment. Das Wetter war angenehm warm, nicht zu heiß, und die Stadt war nicht so überfüllt wie in der Hochsaison im Juli und August. Sehr gute Lage – direkt in der ersten Reihe zum Meer. Das Apartment ist schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet, mit allem, was man braucht. Vom Balkon hat man einen herrlichen Blick aufs Meer, so weit das Auge reicht. Sehr ruhige Gegend, keine Bars oder Restaurants in direkter Nähe – einfach traumhaft ruhig. Zum Strand sind es ca. 10 Gehminuten, und zur Bushaltestelle etwa 7 bis 8 Minuten. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, der immer schnell auf Nachrichten antwortet. Wir würden das Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen. Dubrovnik ist jede Minute wert – einfach wunderschön!

We immensely enjoyed our stay at Daniela's for our honeymoon. The accommodations are very private and the outdoor area is especially beautiful. We would definitely stay again the next time we're in Dubrovnik.

What a place and experience! Nataša was fantastic, meeting us at apt and answering ALL questions. Recommendations enhanced experience. The view might give you reason not to explore Dubrovnik but it only gets better. Leaving with wonderful memories!

We really enjoyed our stay at Mirjanas apartment, it's in a great location only 5 minute walk from the old town, and has a small supermarket and bakery only 2 minutes away to buy what we needed. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. Peaceful garden to the front of the apartment for us to enjoy breakfast each morning. Mirjana was a good host. Would definitely recommend!

Ivana’s flat is really quite special. We chose it for the location and views and it did not disappoint. The beach out the window was delightful…we will hold such special memories of this place! The location was perfect…just outside the walled city, but 80% less crazy than i sode the walls. The flat is small (we are a family of four), but it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and we spent most of our time outside or looking out the windows at the gorgeous views. Ivana was such an incredible host. She is so friendly and helpful, which we appreciated so much! She arranged for transport to and from the airport and answered every question. We felt like guests and appreciate Ivana and other locals sharing their beautiful country with us!

Iva est sympathique et parle même français. Elle nous a recommandé de succulents resto! Le logement super, confortable, bel emplacement, magnifique terrasse avec vue sur la vielle ville. Nous avons apprécié aussi le café offert! Nous recommdons : beau quartier tranquille et près de la vieille ville.

It was a lovely place, it’s within the Old Town of Dubrovnik, so everything just a walk away. There’s also a kitchen and it’s well equipped. We only have problem with the carpark, it so expensive and crazy overpriced! But still we have a peaceful stay and love the place.

El alojamiento es ideal. Karolina siempre predispuesta a ayudarnos y darnos recomendaciones. A tener en cuenta…. Si no te moves en taxi, subir al alojamiento es cansador por las escaleras. Pero la vista lo vale todo. Recomendadisimo..
