The location of the apartment is ideal for excursions and bike tours throughout the Ruhr area. The apartment is located in the middle of the 3 IGA 2027 locations.

Welcome to Landhaus Vogelsang. Since 2020, we have been offering 2 private guest rooms, which are now complemented by this apartment. The house was built in 1934 and completely renovated in 2025 – however, the special charm of the old wooden beams continues to run through every room and reminds of the history of this unique house. You can take a tour here by canoe, enjoy the tranquility on the water and switch off at Netflix & Disney+.

The Ruhrglück apartment is located in Waltrop on the eastern edge of the Ruhr area. Due to its direct proximity to Dortmund, the small town forms the link between the Ruhr area and Münsterland. It impresses with its sights and cultural events such as the ship lift, Manufactum and the annual Waltroper Parkfest. The Signal Iduna Park in Dortmund and the Veltins Arena in Gelsenkirchen can be reached in about 30 minutes by car or public transport.

Nice apartment in Olfen, in the southern Münsterland. The apartment is on the ground floor of our two-family house, near (200 m) the nature reserve "Steveraue Olfen". In the restored area, wild asses, conic horses and hind cattle can be observed from observation platforms. Furthermore, there is a good connection to the cycle path network NRW, the cycle path DEK Route and the 100 Schlösser Route.
