Plenty of space and privacy in this cottage over looking the fields and pond. Sit back and relax watching the horses and goats graze. Located minutes away from Oak Ridge/Clinton/Knoxville. Melton Hill lake has outdoor activities, restaurant & nice walking trail and is 10 minutes away. University of TN is 23 minutes away and Oak Ridge is 13 minutes. The 16’ ceilings make this 480 sq. ft. space feel enormous. The Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, keurig, microwave & single burner hot plate.

The Little House- Ride directly to Windrock!

5 minutes to Windrock with plenty of parking for a trailers. You can ride directly from the house 10 mins to Oak Ridge. 3 minutes to grocery store. 40 minutes to Pigeon Forge. Our house offers a great outdoor deck for Entertaining. Spacious living room, dining room along with a washer & dryer! It has been remolded but still has its Imperfections. Quite safe neighborhood. Limited street parking. Plenty of back yard parking! If you are mountain biking - we have a secured basement to store bikes

Peaceful Hideaway is located in the Coalfield community at 159 Thornton Cemetery road in Oliver Springs with Windrock Mountain only few miles away. This home has plenty of parking ;even a turn around road for trailers. A covered patio is also for use. It is quiet location but close to many activities. This home has been previously on air BnB as Peaceful Wind-rock and needed remodeling! Great place to come and relax and enjoy the beauty of the mountains! Happy to have ya anytime
