Ideal for families or groups of friends, it offers a peaceful and comfortable setting to explore the surroundings. The villa has a large garden and a swimming pool to relax between two escapades. Please note that La Villa is not at all suitable for parties.

Le logement donne également sur une piscine partagée. Logement lumineux de 35 m2 qui dispose d'une chambre avec un lit deux places ainsi qu’une mezzanine dans la pièce de vie. Salle de bain/WC, douche confortable, espace cuisine pour un séjour agréable.

Ideally located in the countryside, 30 minutes from Orléans and in the region of the Loire Castles. You will have a living room, equipped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with shower (not adjoining the bedroom) In summer, you can enjoy the swimming pool (access strictly reserved for guests, unheated), the vegetable garden and the wooded garden.

** Possibility of long stays ** 2 bedroom apartment in a renovated former convent (Convent of La Bretauche, place called). Perfect for a stay of a few nights or longer. Parking inside the property. Includes a ground floor (bathroom, kitchen) and a first floor (bedrooms, living room). Not suitable for people who can't climb stairs. 7 km from Orléans. Leclerc supermarket is a 5-minute drive away.
