Elegant sea view house, air conditioning, heated heated

Beautiful Provencal house completely renovated surrounded by its enclosed garden with Mediterranean essences: lemon tree, grenadier, mimosa. 50m2 living room with open kitchen, overlooking a large terrace with sea view and hills . On the night side 3 bedrooms including a master suite and a large bathroom with bath and double shower. The 28-degree heated pool from April 1st to October 15th is secured by a standard roller shutter. The space is fenced.

Nice refurbished and air-conditioned apartment, on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of a wooded residence with pool. Ideally located in Sanary-sur-Mer, between the train station (12-min walk) and the port (15/20-min walk). Secure residence. A parking space is available free of charge. You can come and stay as a couple, with family, friends or on business trips. Access to the freeway is just a 2-minute drive away.
