The house is entirely surrounded by olive grove, orchard, and vineyard. It is accessed through the paved road and only in the last 200m the road is unpaved but perfectly accessible. It is about 3km from the village of Olmedo, from Alghero about 8km, from Fertilia airport only 6km. The perfect base, nestled between the tranquility of the countryside and the area's most beautiful beaches.

Spacious and elegant, in a recently renovated 18th-century building, at the entrance to the historic center. On the third floor of the building (no elevator) on two levels: living room with sofa bed, kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom on the first floor, double bedroom and bathroom on the second floor. The walls, with the characteristic exposed stone, original, "antiqued" floors; the design of the furnishings is current. 5 minutes to the market, public parking 300/350 meters away, bus to airport and beaches 200 meters away.

Old renovated farmhouse 300 meters from the sea

Our farmhouse is a 120 sqm vacation home located in the northwest of Sardinia, just 300 meters from the sea. Completely renovated in 2020, it can accommodate up to 9 people without compromising anyone's free space. It has a large outdoor garden of 4000 square meters, private entrance and parking. The interior consists of a living area (open space) with a fireplace and a sleeping area with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The natural surroundings creates the perfect setting for relaxation and quality time for special moments with family, friends or to reconnect with yourself.

The authentic Medieval House was built between 1250 and 1300. With more than 70 sq mt of interior space, plus a 20 of terrace. It is ideal for relaxing, in spacious indoor and outdoor areas while enjoying the car free Old village and its welcoming community. Recently renovated, the Architect preserved its historical value while incorporating all modern comforts. The house is in a prime location, just a few steps from the Cathedral, which overlooks the sea and offers breathtaking sunsets.

Delightful, recently renovated two-room apartment in a very central location in the historic center, a stone's throw from the wonderful Alghero seafront overlooking the open sea with a view of the magnificent Capo Caccia promontory. The apartment was completed, fully furnished and equipped with all essential amenities, just before August 2023.
