Cabin holiday rentals in Olympia

The cabin was great and 5 minutes from park entrance. They have 2 queen beds upstairs and 1 downstairs which I was pleasantly surprised to see. The creek is beautiful, my kids thoroughly enjoyed it.

Tonia’s place was perfect for what we needed. It felt very private and the hot tub was great!

The cabin had everything we needed—comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen, and a peaceful outdoor space that was perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The host was kind, responsive, and provided great local recommendations. If you’re looking for a relaxing, quiet, and scenic place to unwind, this beach cabin is a gem. Our dogs love it and we can’t wait to come back!

My wife and I had an unbelievable experience in Julee’s cabin. Service and communication were 10 out of 10! We fell in love with this cute cabin and are already planning our return trip! Beautiful scenery and mountains to do for an outdoor enthusiast. Hoodsport is a cute town and 5 minute drive away. Our dogs loved all the nearby trails. Highly, highly recommend!

Nice and cozy place surrounded by trees. Relaxing to sit outside on the hammock and just listen to nature. You might even get a visit from a friendly deer. They give you everything that you need if you want to enjoy a day or two on the lake. Always answered questions that I had in a timely manner. Food and activities to do in close proximity. They leave brochures for you if you are interested in driving for further out places. Overall it was everything my wife and I were looking for. I highly recommend this place if you are planning a trip in or around hoodsport.

I recently stayed at the ranger outpost and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location was peaceful and secluded, offering just the right balance of nature and comfort. The cabin itself was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. I really enjoyed the vibe of this place! We loved all the amenities especially the hot tub and out door fire pit. The coffee bar was an amazing added bonus. Also amazing location that is close to Mt Rainier’s Nisqually park entrance! Thank you so much for helping me make my nieces graduation gift so special. I would 1000% recommend this cabin for anyone looking for an amazing outdoor experience.

The perfect little cabin just a few miles from Mount Rainier National Park. Will highly recommend this to anyone visiting the area. The creek behind the cabin really adds to the experience. Loved every minute!

I was sad we only stayed one night because the cabin is a wonderful little slice of heaven. We particularly loved relaxing in the hot tub and in front of the wood stove. If nothing else, go for the divine hot tub! Deer passed through the front space the morning of our departure which was a nice little sight. Short drive to Mt. Rainier National Park was also a plus.

Super cute and cozy, about 40 minutes from Olympia and 10 minutes from Shelton. Nice cozy neighborhood for dog walking, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin was just what we were looking for and comfortable and clean, we had no complaints!!

Place was great, beautiful scenery and beautiful lights all around. The inside was clean and all prepared. No issues, and the host Cierra was very helpful with anything we needed. And very private and nice to be to get away from the city and enjoy the nature Washington has to offer.

My mom and I had a very relaxing time at this cabin. We loved it from the moment we came in! It’s cozy, clean and I love the overall location, as it’s very close to mountain Rainier, and not far from a town where you can buy groceries, etc.. The jacuzzi was a big plus. The Host has rules that we all as guests should follow to have a more pleasant experience, please follow those rules…. The toilet was a unique experience but it works… Overall we enjoyed this beautiful place..

Beautiful cottage on the water! The surroundings are very peaceful. Nice to watch the tides. the kitchen was well outfitted includingna gas range and teapot! Loved it, thanks, Erin!

We stayed here for five nights for my boyfriend’s birthday. Such a beautiful area with fun things to do nearby. I would love to come back one day and enjoy some more campfires on the beach

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is very clean and was beyond our expectations. We especially enjoyed winding down in the sauna before bedtime! We will definitely return when visiting Mt. Reiner again. 😊

The definition of cozy cottage in the woods. Loved every minute! Felt like stepping back in time, played a movie on the VCR and songs on cassette. Didn’t want to leave!

Tom's Little Gemma cabin is wonderful, and just what I needed. It was quiet and peaceful and provided the perfect spot for my little sabbatical retreat. The table was a great workspace with a view of the green, grassy meadow with wildflowers popping up here & there. Sitting on the deck I saw a variety of birds taking a dip in the birdbath or nibbling on a local plant. The cabin is so cozy and comfortable! I loved sitting in the comfy chair reading my book and enjoyed a few naps as well. The cabin and the bathroom were both clean and the little fridge allowed me to pick up a few groceries for the week, which was great. Tom was a great host and was always available if I needed him. Even with a small question, he responded quickly and was so helpful. I will definitely stay at Little Gemma again. Thanks for a great week, Tom!

Abbi was outstanding! She was excellent with communication and promptly addresses all questions we had about the property. Abbi delivered fresh cinnamon rolls to our door at the time requested which we had purchased from Abbi. Had an opportunity to speak with her in person and learned about her, her family and what makes this property special. Highly recommend Abbi and the property.

My partner and I stayed at Daniel’s place for the weekend, and it was truly magical. Nestled in the woods, the cabin is warm, cozy, and incredibly peaceful. We loved starting our mornings with coffee and a short walk to the nearby beach—just a three-minute stroll away. The whole area felt like a perfect escape from the world. We spent our days biking, paddleboarding, and kayaking through the beautiful surroundings. It was a special experience, and we’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you for sharing this place, Daniel!

We had the absolute pleasure of spending our honeymoon at Meggan’s cozy cottage and it was everything we hoped for and more. Tucked away by a peaceful river, the setting was quiet, serene, and perfect for unwinding. The cottage itself was colorful, inviting, and full of charm — immediately making us feel at home. Meggan was fantastic host — responsive, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. One highlight was the massage she gave; hands down the best. We both left feeling deeply relaxed and recharged. Thank you, Meghan, for making our honeymoon so special. We’re already talking about coming back for an anniversary!
