Η εμπειρία μας στη βίλα ΙΧΩΡ, ήταν πολύ ευχάριστη. Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική, καθώς βρίσκεται σε ένα ήσυχο μέρος ανάμεσα στη θάλασσα και τον Όλυμπο προσφέροντας την τέλεια ισορροπία μεταξύ χαλάρωσης και πρόσβασης σε διάφορες δραστηριότητες. Στην γύρω περιοχή υπάρχουν πολλές επιλογές για διασκέδαση, όπως παραλίες, εστιατόρια, καταστήματα και μονοπάτια πεζοπορίας. Το σπίτι είναι εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις ανέσεις.Τα δωμάτια είναι ευρύχωρα, διακοσμημένα με γούστο και φροντίδα, ενώ οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι, όπως η κουζίνα και το σαλόνι, είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένοι . Ο εξωτερικός χώρος, είναι εξίσου εντυπωσιακός, με έναν περιποιημένο κήπο ,λίμνη με ψάρια και πισίνα που προσφέρουν στιγμές απόλυτης χαλάρωσης. Καθώς και ένας εξοπλισμένος παιδότοπος ιδανικός για τα παιδιά Η φιλοξενία του Θάνου έκανε τη διαμονή μας ακόμα πιο ευχάριστη και άνετη αφού απαντούσε άμεσα σε κάθε μας ερώτηση και μας έδωσε πολλές προτάσεις για την περιοχή. Συνολικά, η βίλα προσφέρει μια εμπειρία διαμονής.

Πολύ ωραίο σπίτι με ησυχία, κοντά στα μαγαζιά και ο κ. Νίκος ήταν πολυ εξυπηρετικος σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε.

Katerina & Andreas m'ont accueilli chaleureusement et m'ont attendu malgré le retard de mon vol. La maisonnette est super, très bien décorée, avec tout ce dont on a besoin. Une fois les fenêtres fermées, on n'entend rien de dehors. Le logement est situé à côté d'une supérette et non loin d'une boulangerie (à pieds), et est à 10-15min de l'aéroport (sans qu'on ne soit dérangé par les avions). Arrivant tard, je leur avais demandé s'ils étaient d'accord pour me laisser quelque chose pour le petit déjeuner moyennant supplément, et ils m'ont laissé de quoi manger dans le frigo. Je recommande à 100%, on se sent comme à la maison, je reviendrais avec plaisir 😊

Beautifully renovated beach house. Amazing see view from the porch, with lounge area and dining table. Only olive trees and a minute on small pathway to reach the quiet beach. Great fishing spot. Very private house, you are woken up by birds in the morning and heard a fox in the night. Restaurants 5 minutes drive away, saw dolphins during lunch (!!!!!! :) ) Dimitrios made us feel very welcome and definitely understands hospitality, we had everything we needed and more at the house during our stay.

Mooi, handig en ontzettend proper huisje in een bergdorpje aan de voet van de Olympos met een heel verzorgde, kleine tuin met twee terrassen en een BBQ. Ideaal als je houdt van de rust en natuur, met zicht op de Olympos en de zee.

Престоят ни в дома на Теодосия беше повече от прекрасен! Мястото се намира на тиха уличка на 15 минути пеша от крайбрежната улица. Апартамента има прекрасна градина. В периода, в който бяхме отседнали цветята бяха цъфнали и ужаеше прекрасно. Апартамента е толкова одбре аранжиран, че бсеки човек би се чувствал, като у дома си. Отделено е внимание на всеки детайл. Теодосия е прекрасен хазайн. Даде ни изключително подробни и ясни иструкции, както за самия апартамент, така и за забележителности, как да се придвижим до централната част, какъв транспорт да използваме и т.н. Съдейства ни да си извикаме такси, тъй като имах проблем с приложението на Uber. Не мога да намеря толкова хубави думи думи, за да опиша престоя си както в Солун, така и в дома на Теодосия! Препоръчвам горещо мястото с две ръце!

Ein wahres Paradies. Das Haus selbst ist top gepflegt, perfekt ausgestattet, sauber, die Terrasse idyllisch und der Garten wie aus einem Märchen. Von der Terrasse bis zum Strand sind es etwa 30 Sekunden. Die gesamte Strandausrüstung ist vor Ort. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett, freundlich, hilfsbereit. Das Auto ist ein Muss. Ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Wir haben jede Sekunde genossen. Auf jeden Fall kommen wir wieder.

Brilliant stay. The flat is perfect for a quiet and relaxing holiday close to the beach. It is well equipped and there is so much space. There are steps from the garden down to a very quiet beach. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the village although we visited out of season so most only open on the weekend.

To start, this is a beautiful apartment in a great location, very clean and well equipped. Everything is as described in the listing and you are made to feel like it's a home from home. Mary, the host, is amazing. She is super helpful and provided us with a very easy check-in along with a mountain of information regarding the area. Unfortunately, we had to cut our trip short, Mary was extremely understanding of the situation and was even helpful again throughout that process. I would highly recommend this apartment, thanks again to Mary for being a great host.

Great place to stay in thessolaniki. Restaurants all around. Easy walk to promenade. Great views.

The apartment is well located, very central. There are bars and restaurants in a walkable distance, and for this reason it’s not a quiet place. Not suitable for light sleepers but when the windows and door are closed you almost don’t hear the noises from outside - happy for the air conditioning, which worked well. Everything was good. We stayed 2 nights in Thessaloniki. Overall a good and pleasant stay!

We just had an incredible stay at Maria's Airbnb, and we highly recommend it! From the moment we arrived, Maria's warm hospitality and friendliness made us feel right at home. The house is located in a stunning area with breathtaking views of the Hagia Sophia, which truly amazed us. The stylishly decorated space is full of character, and the lovely balconies made it difficult to leave; we often found ourselves wanting to relax and soak in the scenery instead of going out to bars or tavernas. It’s these little touches and the beautiful ambiance that remind you why Airbnb is such a special option, especially when a growing number of properties fail to justify their prices on the platform. In contrast, we couldn't have asked for a better experience here. We felt that it truly surpassed what many hotels could offer, providing a genuine home away from home.

An unforgettable stay! The house was spotless and had everything we could possibly need. I would like to thank the host Konstantinos who went above and beyond for us. He was always available and responsive to all our needs , giving us the best recommendations. We felt truly welcomed and cared. This made our trip even more special till the next time! Jose deserves all the praise he receives as a Super Host. From the moment we walked into his well-appointed and well-organized space, we felt at home. Not only that, but Jose's timely and helpful responses to our questions put us at ease. A real highlight of this stylish loft is its spacious deck; a perfect spot to begin the day lingering over a cup of coffee (and end it with a glass of wine). The location couldn't be better; just outside the door much of the beauty Thessaloniki has to offer is within walking distance. My only complaint is I wish we could have stayed longer. My husband and I are already planning to return next year! Evantheia

Tolle Penthouse-Wohnung mit großem Balkon in sehr zentraler Lage (draußen hört man natürlich den Straßenlärm von unten, innen ist es aber sehr ruhig), man kann super zu Fuß die Stadt erkunden, reichlich Cafés, Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe. Alles supersauber und modern eingerichtet. Moderne und leise Klimaanlage. Die Gastgebenden haben stets sehr kurzfristig auf Kommunikation reagiert. Alles top!!

Phantastische Wohnung, phantastische Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, besonders dankbar sind wir für den flexiblen Check-in. Die Wohnung und die Gegend sind absolut zu empfehlen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Stan je ugodan za boravak, cist, sa svim potrebim uredjajima. Posebno bih istakla da su se u stanu nalazile kupke, samponi, hladna voda u frizideru, kafa i slicno. Pristupacnost i blizina svim atrakcijama. Posebna pohvala za Andreasa koji je pruzio sve potrebne informacije za sto ljepsi i ugodniji boravak. Preporuka!

It was truly a wonderful experience. Both the cleanliness of the apartment and the communication with the host made the stay even better. The location is very central, allowing easy access to many places on foot. Looking forward to staying here again.

Arzu’s airbnb was a perfect spot to explore Litochoro. Both her and her husband were fantastic hosts, providing great recommendations and responding promptly to any questions we had. I highly recommend staying with them!

We had an amazing stay! The host was wonderful—super friendly and responsive. The apartment itself was clean, tidy, and located in a peaceful corner of the area. We could walk to everything we wanted to see, which made our trip so much more convenient. It was the ideal spot to relax after a busy day of sightseeing.

Sehr tolle Unterkunft. Sie liegt etwas vom Stadt Zentrum entfernt, ca 45 min zu Fuß, was aber überhaupt nicht schlimm ist, weil man die ganze Strecke am Wasser entlang gehen kann. Die Wohnung ist sauber und sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern. Das Highlight war die Terasse, von der man sehr schön aufs Wasser gucken konnte. Wir würden immer wieder bei Sofia Buchen. 😊
