Our balcony room with private shower/toilet has a size of 27 square meters. The sleeping-living room is one room. It is located on the second floor with magnificent mountain views. In our separate farmhouse parlor you can enjoy your breakfast (photo dining area) - does not belong to the apartment! But it's in the same house. Of course, the apartment is lockable. The BLUE ROOM with balcony and lake view is one of 4 double rooms with its own bathroom, which is located on the 2nd floor of the Auerberghaus. Included in the price is a rich breakfast. There is a lounge and a shared kitchen with a huge covered balcony. The house surrounds a beautiful garden with a small pond, which is available to guests by arrangement for quiet use. Dogs only by prior arrangement. In addition, there is an apartment for 6 - 8 people on the top floor.

The Axamer Lizum Olympic ski resort, the Götzner and Muttereralm cable cars, mini-golf, tennis court, Lake Natter and numerous hiking trails invite you. The bus stops with connections to Innsbruck and the Axamer Lizum ski resort (travel time 20 minutes each) are in the immediate vicinity (2-minute walk). Innsbruck Airport is 5 km away.

Linger in the garden with the herb bed, the chicken coop and the on-site pool. Or maybe it's a nice get-together under the small arbor behind the house? We also offer a pull-out couch as a crib in this room, the cost is € 35,-

Vacation home "Platzhirsch"

Klais is located at about 940 meters above sea level. In 2015 and 2022, the G7 / summit took place here, including with Barak Obama. A place to spend summer as well as winter. Hiking, mountain biking, motorcycle tours, as well as cross-country skiing in winter and of course classic skiing is possible in and around Klais. Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Mittenwald and Seefeld can be reached in between 10 and 20 minutes.

Zugspitz Apartment - by Gästehaus Buchwieser

Our charming, traditional and family-run guest house is within walking distance of the train station, Zugspitz train station, ice stadium and the pedestrian zone of Garmisch. The apartment has a double and a single bed with a small kitchenette, minibar, TV, WiFi, private bathroom/shower/toilet and a balcony. (2nd floor) Unfortunately, we will no longer offer breakfast starting in 2025.

Pension Jägerhof Jerzens, Room 2 Persons

All rooms are equipped with a shower, toilet, sitting area, WiFi, TV and double bed. All rooms have a balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains. We have a house bar in the basement where you can enjoy a beer/cocktail or other drink in the afternoon/evening. In the morning breakfast is included and you can enjoy a breakfast buffet. No extensive luxury, but lots of fun!
