Welcome to my classic Berlin style home. Start your day with a walk around the lake, grab a coffee next door, go shopping on Kurfürstendamm or visit the famous Schaubühne theatre - all within 15min walking distance. You live in the heart of West Berlin with zoo and opera close by and excellent access to public transport. You will stay in the guest area of my larger Berlin home, but all privately while I travel. If you have any questions we are however only a message away.

Unser Apartment ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Besuche des Olympiastadions, der Waldbühne oder der Messe-Berlin. Das Apartment hat eine vollausgestattete Küche, einen Kamin sowie eine Terrasse. U-Bahn und Busse (z.B. U2 oder M45) sind fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen (U-Ruhleben und U-Olympiastadion). Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten bestehen vor dem Haus auf der Straße. Zu Spaziergängen in der Umgebung laden ein bewaldetes Naturschutzgebiet und ein kleiner See ein.

Mit U-Bahn und Bus kommst du zügig in das Zentrum. Lidl und Aldi sind am U-Bahnhof, viele Geschäfte und unsere Lieblingskonditorei sind zwei Stationen entfernt. In der Wohnung bist du ungestört, kannst kochen, baden, faul sein, auf dem Balkon sitzen und ein Glas Wein trinken. Und Berlin erkunden.

Willkommen über den Dächern Charlottenburgs. Unser stilvoll eingerichtetes 1-Zimmer-Appartement ermöglicht einen entspannten Aufenthalt inmitten des wunderbaren Berlins. Während ausgezeichnete Gastronomie, Kultur und Kunst vor der Tür warten bietet unser Appartement den idealen Ort sich zu erholen um dann wieder direkt den Trubel der Stadt zu erleben. Diverse Sehenswürdigkeiten, Theater-, Show-, Konzert- und Sportspielstätten sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung.

The apartment only got built in 2017 and I furnished it completely new in 2021. It's a very bright and calm Vibe. Its a residential building and the neighbors are extremely friendly. The Kitchen is very well equipped and comes with a dishwasher and Nespresso machine. The one bedroom has a 180*200m bed and the other room has a workspace including screen and a keyboard/mouse. The bathroom comes with a washing machine, dryer and plenty of towels.

We are located just 1 minutes walk from a transport hub, shopping district, bars + restaurants ... and walking distance to Berlin's Tempelhofer Feld + parks + canals.

Genieße Deine Zeit in Berlin in dieser zentral gelegenen und dennoch ruhigen Wohnung. Von hier aus kannst Du die Stadt erkunden, in Kürze nach Potsdam, ins Berliner Umland fahren und fußläufig um die Ecke liegt die Berliner Messe, das Olympiastadion und die Waldbühne! Die Unterkunft wurde im November 2022 umfassend saniert.
