RIVERFRONT Magic-peaceful escape HOT TUB

Welcome to our home on the Truckee River. The downstairs has an open floor plan with the living area, kitchen/dining & the den all connected with beautiful reclaimed oak hardwood flooring. Granite counters, hickory cabinets, hot tub. The hot tub over looks the Truckee river and all it's beauty. We are a short distance to downtown Truckee and all there little shops and we are 5 minutes outside the Ski Resort Village. Most have told us it's a hidden- GEM. Bird watch, fish or just relax. Have Fun!!

It’s just a five minute walk to the lifts, restaurants and slopes of Palisades and the village from our south-facing, sunny, 900-sq. ft. 2-bedroom condo. Hardwood floors, wood burning stove, wifi, carport, all new appliances, newly upgraded bathrooms & kitchen, tons of coffee options , fast Wifi, and a sweet deck facing the ski resort. All furnishings, beddings & linens have been recently upgraded. Did we mention the views?!
