Cabin holiday rentals in Olympic Valley

Last minute trip was a great success! My family loves visiting Tahoe city and this location served the kids and the adults well. Lots of games and plenty of activities for family fun. Hot tub was a huge bonus! We’d definitely return to this lovely and perfectly decorated home

The cabin is in a great spot and the layout was perfect for our needs. Additionally, the host was very responsive when we had questions. A great stay overall!

My family and I spent a wonderful weekend at this cabin. Cabin was well set up, beds comfortable, many games/ equipment available for use. The hot tub and views from the deck were amazing. Highly recommend!

We were in David's house for a ski trip to Palisades Tahoe. The place was great value, in a great location (very close to Palisades), and had everything we needed. Even though David was traveling at the time, he stayed in touch and had clear instructions for checking in and out. Would visit again!

We enjoyed the stay at Tina's place. Her house is in a quite neighborhood and very close to the sugar pine point state park. Tina provided very detailed check-in instruction and the place is well-equipped (you can even use the bikes from the shed). We had an issue with the hot water from the shower and she quickly communicated back and arranged for the fix. I recommend to stay in this place.

Scott was a terrific host! We truly enjoyed his cabin, as it was a perfect fit for our family gathering with our kids who came in a from Las Vegas to meet us, coming in from Arizona. The cabin is truly amazing and we felt right at home. Scott was very friendly and always helpful and thoughtful! I highly recommend a Scott’s place, the house is perfect and Scott is a wonderful host! We built some amazing memories with our family and can’t wait to go back!

We felt very comfortable and at peace . This place was well equipped and the coffee and cocoa was a nice bonus to have! I would certainly book again.

The place was really great. It had everything including the utensils, towels, barbecue, and many more.

Evo’s home was really beautiful and peaceful. It was very close to some restaurants and the lake. There was lots to do that was close by. I would definitely come again.

We had a very nice stay. You could tell there was a lot of thought put in to making guests feel comfortable, accommodated and informed. The location was perfect and within walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beautiful lake.

Great location and lovely place. Easy access and great communication with Amy. This is a perfect place for 2 if you want to escape to Tahoe for a long weekend.

We loved staying at Mike's cabin. It was a perfect relaxing getaway for us and our dogs on a very quiet street with nearby trails. We enjoyed the cozy feeling of the cabin and were glad to have a well stocked kitchen for cooking and plenty of firewood for unwinding at night. Mike was very friendly and communicative, and was able to offer some local suggestions when asked. Just a heads up - if you don't have 4 wheel drive, you may want to use chains to get up the last couple hilly streets to the cabin in case of icy or snowy conditions. Once we arrived, though, the stairs to the cabin were completely free of ice and snow. Thank you, Mike!

I can’t say enough about David’s place. This little cottage has all the feelings of home. It’s super cozy and has a great location. The view is stunning from the deck. David was great about communicating with me and responding to questions. I hope to be able to return to Lake Tahoe someday and I will definitely look into staying here again. Thank you so much for sharing your little spot of paradise with us!

We really enjoyed the amenities, and extra fans since it did get warm upstairs. My grandkids loved and asked to return to the same house next year!! It was super clean and comfortable! We made great memories 💙

Janet's cabin at Tahoe is a very cozy and nice place that makes you feel right at home. Unfortunately, due to a miscommunication with the housekeeping, there was a hiccup at the beginning of our stay, but Janet was very communicative, accommodating and quickly resolved the issue. While mishaps can happen, the way Janet handled it really shows what a great host she is! Otherwise, check-in was smooth as Janet gave very clear instructions, and was willing to give local recs to enhance our trip. Overall, the place was quite clean and all the amenities were well stocked! We were a party of 4 so the airbnb was spacious to us, but I'm not sure if the cabin can actually comfortably fit 16 people/children. I think 6 adults + 4 children would be a more realistic number. However, given the price and the value of this airbnb, even sharing with a small group is a steal!

Beautiful surroundings - wildlife all around the cabin and very peaceful. A short walk to the lake and a regional park. Cabin was kitted out with a full kitchen and all the amenities.

We had a great stay at this dog-friendly cabin. I came with a friend and our pups, and the fenced side yard was a huge plus—super convenient and gave us peace of mind. The location is hard to beat—an easy walk to the main beach, restaurants, and even Safeway. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout. We’d definitely stay here again.

We have stayed in Tahoe Donner many times over the years but this was the first time at this house. The experience was great from start to finish. Hamish and Kim were super clear about what to expect, the house was so clean, perfectly furnished for relaxing and sleeping and it had everything needed for a couple of nice meals in. We needed to connect with Hamish and Kim a few times and they were always SUPER responsive and helpful - which is always so nice on weekends like this. We will for sure look to stay here again.

What a beautiful place! This is a rare Airbnb that’s even prettier than the photos. Rene was very communicative and we felt very at-home for our weekend there. Such a cozy place to relax while hitting the slopes.

One of our favorite Airbnb stays in a long time. The location was perfect—peaceful, walkable, and full of charm. We loved doing post-dinner walks through the quiet neighborhood, passing friendly neighbors, dogs, and forest views. A local market is just 7–8 minutes away on foot with everything you could need: great food, coffee, groceries, and more. The best part? Private HOA beach access to the lake, highlight of our trip. We spent hours floating, and the host even left floats for us to use—enough for our whole group! Super appreciated. The public lake access and kayak rentals are also nearby, all walkable. And Tahoe City is just a short 5–8 minute drive for anything else. The cabin itself was cute, cozy, and had everything we needed. Beds were comfy, hot tub was great, and the porch was perfect for relaxing and taking in the quiet. Even small touches like smart TVs made a difference. Highly recommend this spot and neighborhood. The host was responsive, and would love to come back!

Lake Tahoe is beautiful and from the front deck you have the most beautiful view of snow capped mountains. The cabin has the exact feel you want staying in a mountain home! The stairs are daunting at first but you WILL get used to them

Host was extremely friendly and responsive. My team loved hanging out in the family room and took full advantage of the hot tub! There were some bonus items that my grouped loved like the dart board, giant movie selection of 90s/early 2000s movies :) Overall a great place to stay with a large group!

Great place to stay, wish we could have stayed longer to really take advantage of all this unit has to offer. Very clean and comfortable, had everything we needed. Host provided clear instructions, was very responsive and accommodating. Thank you for a lovely stay!
