Apartment holiday rentals in Omaha

Thea's place is in a great location for our trip to the CWS. The garage was a nice touch. Gave me a piece of mind that my vehicle was safe and secure downtown.

Enjoyed our stay at Shaun's. Everything was clean, bed was comfortable, kitchen had all you needed to heat up leftovers or make a meal, AC worked great, TV in the bedroom always a plus and we didn't mind the minimal but clean decor. There are stairs to access the unit but they are wide enough for bringing up luggage. Parking was also very convenient and the unit is in a cute neighborhood not far from several restaurants and stores. Would recommend to anyone visiting Omaha.

We loved Steve and Kim’s space! It was the perfect size for our family and the amenities made our trip easy and stress free. Beds and pillows were comfortable, along with the couch and chair in the main living space!! It was so nice to have dish soap, a sponge, and some plates/utensils provided. The ONLY downside to this property is that it is on a busy street, and you can hear the traffic driving by. Thankfully this did not bother our kids when getting to sleep, and would not be a deal breaker for us staying here again. Steve and Kim were attentive hosts and everything was how we expected it to be-no surprises! We also appreciated the short check-out list; it felt manageable while also wrangling kids and getting ourselves ready to check out. All in all we would certainly stay here, and have already told other family members about the property!

Jami is absolutely the best host I have ever used. Incredibly responsive, while also being proactive and very helpful. Her place was perfect for us and our young children! The description and pictures are exactly what you can expect! 5 minutes from Creighton. 6-7 minutes from Charles Schwab. Walkable to several really good restaurants, and a short drive to everything Omaha has to offer. I highly recommend staying here for any reason, and it will absolutely be the first place we look to book whenever we return!

Very nice and clean spot and the host left really good instructions which made it super easy to check in and out. It was nice to have a parking spot, and a little backyard for our dog to easily access. Really solid spot if you're looking for a quick weekend in Omaha. Definitely would stay again.

Came here with my dad for the CWS. Very reasonably priced and a short ride to all the fun things to do for the World Series. Will definitely be coming back in future years!

Alex place in Omaha was amazing! Clean place, easy to access with stairs or elevator. Has everything you need, great that it has laundry in the room itself, super convenient and made staying longer easy! Super close to the airport for arrival and leaving Omaha!

Great location. Needed something for one night, was affordable and had what I needed, and was close to a very cool area of Omaha. Michael was a great communicator and I appreciated the opportunity to stay here

Eva’s place was amazing-super cool & comfortable. Very nicely stocked with coffee and extras. The close location to Turner Park and Midtown Crossing was perfect for my pup Eva to get in walks and potty time. The building is a very midcentury which was fun to experience. Parking is convenient and the check-in/checkout was exceptionally easy. What a great stay! 🐾

Eric was an amazing & friendly host and communication was excellent. Very close to Omaha. We came in town for a concert near by and it was a very cozy place to stay! He provided a lot of recommendations for food and fun! Home was clean, cute & updated.

I didnt have any trouble finding the place. Went up to the electronic lock and put in the code to get in. It was very easy. The place was clean and had everything we would need for our stay. It was definetly more enjoyable to stay there than staying in a hotel. It felt like being in my own home I felt instantly relaxed. Everything was very easy. The neighborhood is beautiful. I really recommend

Apartment was perfect! I was in town for my son's baseball tournament that coincided with the College World Series. This location was ideal. I was able to get to Charles Schwab Field, Bryan High School and Westview High School in about 15 minutes. The apartment is extremely clean and well stocked. Sarah is as easy to work with as it gets. She responds to messages faster than my friends do on text. The house is perfect for one to two people. It was great to have a well stocked kitchen with a full-sized fridge and oven. The bed is extremely comfortable. The smart TV made it easy to watch all of my apps from home. The shower had plenty of hot water and was extremely clean. Parking is safe and easy as it's behind the building. It was exactly what I was looking for. I was also able to use the washer and dryer which came in very handy as well. If you happen to be in Omaha and are looking for a nice, clean comfortable place to stay then this is the place.

We stayed for quite a while at Kori's place while during part of a house remodel. We felt instantly at home - it's spacious and super comfy. It's also in a really great neighborhood - surprisingly quiet and peaceful, even though you're right in the Dundee area. We took lots of walks and enjoyed meeting the neighbors, who are super nice. It's an older house, but it's a good older house. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat. Kori was a great host, too - helpful with any questions we had.

This was our second stay here. We chose it for the quiet street with free parking and the location. It was a very short walk to the Orpheum and we felt comfortable walking back after the show. We appreciated the great air conditioning during the hot days! This is a gem in the heart of the city!

Beautiful place to stay and very clean. Host was great we had to cut trip short and was very understanding and accommodating. When in town next would definitely book again

This place was beautiful to stay at! My husband and I really enjoyed our stay while we came to visit friends in town. The hot tub was especially nice to come and relax in. It could be a little tricky to find because the entrance is at the back of the house and is accessible with the alley road but any inconvenience was forgotten when we saw the place! I loved all the wood finishes!

We visited Omaha for a family reunion. Lavender's space was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!
