Our place is 15 min. from Omaha's zoo; 10 min from the Old Market; 5 min. from shopping/restaurants; 15 min. from the airport, and for nurses 3-10 min. from several hospitals. The 1000 sq. ft. apartment occupies the lower level of our house with a separate entrance and patio. SANITATION PLEDGE: We are taking extra measures to make sure your rented space is safe. At each cleaning, we use disinfectant to wipe down all surfaces, handles, railings, light switches, remote controls and appliances.

Only two blocks to Downtown Council Bluffs where you can grab a meal, drinks, or shop. Downtown Omaha, airport, Iowa Western Community College, Stir Cove, the Omaha zoo are all within 15 minutes. It is a historic home so will have quirks that come with an older home. The bathroom is a hand held shower/bath only.

Your relaxing, family-friendly ranch home awaits! This home is in a quiet neighborhood close to interstate access. The backyard features a fully covered deck, kids playset and backs to a private golf course! The covered deck has a motorized sun shade, cozy couch, rocking chairs and dining table. The lower patio has a fire pit and smoker grill. Inside the home is one level so all three bedrooms (plus the laundry room!) are all on the main floor. And plenty of toys and games for the kids!

Welcome to my CB beach & barn house! You'll be staying at a great little place that is only 1/4 mile to the river & pedestrian bridge and ~1.5 miles from Charles Schwab Field, the Old Market/Downtown Omaha, CHI Event Center, and Stir Cove/Harrah's Casino. There is a full bath & shower and both bedrooms have queen beds. The house is a 10-15 minute drive to Omaha's airport - Eppley Airfield. I am happy to provide tips on great places to eat and get coffee as well as biking in the area.
