Large functional house of 120 m2 with 4 bedrooms and a mezzanine area. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac on the edge of the Labenne forest, quiet. Many activities are possible in Labenne: mountain biking, surfing, zoo, water park, thalassotherapy and 3 km of beach that offers a beautiful view of the Pyrenees. The 1300-hectare Labenne Forest welcomes sports enthusiasts on foot, by bicycle or on horseback. Cap Breton 5 min, Hossegor 10 min, Bayonne 15 min, San Sebastián 1 hour.

Pleasant 4 bedroom, at the back of a house, overlooking the forest and 10 minutes from the beach and Bayonne. Private pool is open and heated from June to September. Terrace and enclosed garden. Functional kitchen, open to the living space. A toilet is located on the ground floor. The floor consists of three bedrooms, 2 of 13 m² (large wardrobe and double bed) and 1 of 11 m² (storage and two single beds). The 6 m² bathroom is bright and also has a toilet.
