Havre de paix entre Orléans et Pithiviers, dans une clairière de 22 ha en forêt d'Orléans, attenant à notre habitation. Le gîte (85m²) se situe dans une ancienne étable , à 5 km de Neuville aux Bois. Tout équipé (lave linge, lave vaisselle, micro ondes, etc...) 3 chambres (3 lits 90, 2 lits 140 ). Terrasse , jardin privatif sans vis à vis, barbecue, barques/pédalos, pêche, grande aire de jeux à l'abri, baby foot, ping pong, instruments (batterie, guitares, synthé, djembés) Horaires flexibles.

Ce logement paisible offre un séjour détente pour toute la famille. Ce chalet canadien perdu dans les bois de la forêt de fontainebleau est le cadre idéal pour un retour aux sources. Le matin vous aurez certainement la chance de voir sangliers ou chevreuils dans le parc arboré non clos de 3ha qui entoure le chalet. Un chemin de randonnée longe la propriété et permet des heures de randonnées loin de la civilisation! Deux autres chalets sont sur le terrain partagent l’air de jeux des enfants.

Peaceful haven in a property with 4 hectares of garden, woods and river. We live on site in another house, we will be happy to host you. Electric heating and wood-burning stove for those who want it. Not recommended for children under 10 years of age for safety reasons (river).
