Newly built apartment building with the absolute best location on the longest lake bath in the Nordic countries and one of Sweden's finest beaches. With promenades, cafes and restaurants, it's a place that has something for everyone. The shallow, clean water is sheltered in a bay perfect for surfing and kayaking. Close to padel courts, tennis courts, miniature golf. No pets are allowed. Sheets/towels are included, but can be rented for 100 SEK/person. Events/parties are not allowed. Byggnad uppfördes 2023 där byggmaterial är närproducerat, möbler & elektronik är återbrukade för att få ett så litet klimatavtryck som möjligt. Sjöängen är ett unikt hus placerat 50 meter från Vätterns strand. Det är ett robust hus med en fantastisk utsikt som ger stor närhet till naturen. Bara tre minuter från huset hittar ni klippor att bada från. Huset ligger i Ödeshög och det är därför nära till både Omberg och Alvastra. Tack vare E4an är det enkelt att ta sig till flertalet av Östergötlands smultronställen.
