A quiet, modern and spacious apartment in the center of Bemmel. The apartment has a private bathroom with toilet and shower. In addition, there is a private spacious kitchen including fridge/freezer, microwave and Nespresso machine. In the living room, you can relax and watch television (incl. Netflix), read a book or play a game at the table. The bedroom has a double bed, and in the living room, there is a sofa bed (120 x 210 cm). Unfortunately, there is no garden, but there is beautiful nature nearby.

The Oude Glasfabriek can be found in the popular Nijmegen district "Oost". The property is located on a quiet path where you can mainly hear the birds. Yet, it is in the middle of the neighborhood. Within a few minutes' walk, you have a wide choice of cozy cafes and restaurants. The city center, the Waalkade, the Ooijpolder or the woods are nearby. We rent out a fully furnished Tinyhouse. Bed linen and towels are not included in the price. Coffee and tea are on the house. Breakfast is optional (€12.50 p.p.) The Garden House is a nature house. It is in the back of our garden. It is fully insulated and equipped with heating. There is a terrace in front of the Tuinhuis. The street is a protected village view and the garden is a protected landscape garden. We live 15 minutes by bike from the city center of Nijmegen.

In the immediate vicinity you will find several nice restaurants. The fascinating hilly landscape in which Berg and Dal and Groesbeek are hidden, are easy to reach by foot or by bike as well as the sandy beaches of the river Waal where you can swim. The studio is accessible for disabled people with a wheelchair.

The house is full of comforts and offers views of the water. With no less than five terraces, including two cozy verandas, one with a wood-burning stove, there is always a place to relax. The bathroom has a lovely rain shower. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed and a single bed. On the first floor is a double bed in a separate open space. The large lawn is perfect for a game of soccer or badminton!
