In 2018, we bought our dream home. During the complete renovation, we decided to furnish the extension as a guest house. We are proud of the result and would like to share it with you! The apartment is luxuriously and cozily furnished with as many original materials as possible from the old house. The garden will delight you with its own private terrace and sunbathing lawn. Welcome to our beautiful farm from 1644! You are guaranteed to relax in this unique rural location. Located in the middle of the polder with unobstructed views, yet Middelburg and the beach are always close by. The boho-chic decor and characteristic atmosphere make this the perfect base for exploring beautiful Zeeland. The house has been completely renovated and equipped with modern luxury, while the authentic elements have been preserved. The house is directly adjacent to the large garden.

Enjoy our luxury apartment in Vlissingen (Flushing). The apartment is clean, light and equipped with all modern amenities. With a private driveway in front of your door, you will always be assured of a parking space. Two bicycles are available for your convenience at no extra cost. There’s also the option to store your own bicycle in a locked bicycle shed (with a charging facility for e-bikes). After a day on the beach you may enjoy the last sun rays in a fenced-in front yard.

Sleep at Zilt&Zo, cozy new cottage with garden

This beautiful centrally located accommodation is brand new. The studio with 2 floors is located in the large converted barn adjacent to our own home. It has a spacious private garden with BBQ and garden set where you can enjoy the sun. Downstairs is a cozy, tastefully decorated living room with kitchen. Both have all the comforts. Upstairs is a large bedroom and spacious modern bathroom with rain shower. The studio is suitable for 2 people and possibly a small child.

What else could you want: A large, beautifully authentically renovated basement on the bottom floor of a canal house on the Herengracht, in the middle of the historic heart of the city with all the necessities. Everything you could wish for is at your fingertips and around the corner with this recently completely renovated basement: a nice, quiet place, plenty of entertainment options, shops, a supermarket, a city park, a bike rental, and all within walking distance.

B&B De ouwe meule - de molen

"The old meule" was built in 1877, which we have made into a cozy bed and breakfast. Completely in style, equipped with kitchen incl. oven, induction cooking plate, fridge and dishwasher, 3 bedrooms ( 1 equipped with sink and circulation of the mill), shower incl. rain shower, separate toilet, smart TV and WiFi available. At the back, space to sit down and barbecue. Also there is a private free parking. A delicious full breakfast is included.

Suite Vadella Suite Vadella is één van de stijlvolle suites van Het Sfeerhuis aan Zee met eigen entree in het centrum van Vlissingen. De suite beschikt over een keuken, comfortabele zithoek en een luxe badkamer. Strand, boulevard, restaurants en winkels liggen op loopafstand. This new accommodation is tastefully decorated. Bicycle distance from both Vlissingen, beach and Middelburg. Close to NS station Oost Souburg in a quiet residential area studio suitable for 2 people. All comforts equipped with a cozy private garden. The sleeping area is upstairs, which can be reached via a fixed staircase, so it is unfortunately not suitable for the disabled. With private parking and electric charger for your car.

Cozy vacation cottage 5 km from the beach

A really cozy cottage with a garden. 5 km from the beach! That, together with a supermarket and bakery 250 meters away and other shops around the corner, plus being located in a quiet village between Vlissingen and Middelburg, makes it an ideal vacation spot. There is free parking at the door. The cottage is part of a double house in a street in the village. Bicycles are available for rent 300 m from the cottage.

Spacious luxury apartment right on the water at Breskens marina, with spectacular views of the Westerschelde estuary and harbor. New luxury studio

Between Middelburg and Vlissingen is our newly built detached guest house, Studio Abeele. The location has a kitchen with bar table and sitting area, sanitary room with shower and a spacious sleeping loft. There is underfloor heating and floor cooling in the summer. You have access to a sunny terrace and lawn. Parking is available on the premises or for free in the street.

De Eiken Balk

De Eiken Balk is een vakantiehuisje met een comfortabele inrichting. Een afgescheiden ligging qua privacy. Open vanaf juni 2021 Deze accommodatie biedt precies wat je als stel zoekt qua locatie en faciliteiten. Het huisje heeft een eigen oplaadpunt voor elektrische auto’s. De Eiken Balk ligt op 2 km van het strand en 650m van het winkelcentrum ( Jumbo, Lidl en Kruidvat)
