Ihre Umgebung: Nur wenige Kilometer von der niederländischen Grenze entfernt liegt Nettetal mit dem Stadtteil Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck und das benachbarte Leuth bilden aus Nettetal einen staatlich anerkannten Erholungsort. Es ist das Herzstück des Internationalen Naturparks Maas-Schwalm-Nette. Es erwartet Sie eine typisch niederrheinische Landschaft mit 12 Seen, 70 km Rad- und 145 km Wanderweg. In liebevoll gepflegten Naturschutzeinrichtungen kann die landschaftstypische, ursprüngliche Flora und Fauna bestaunt werden. Supermarkt und Bäckerei sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Autobahn 61 ist in ca. 8 km erreichbar. Der Bahnhof Kaldenkirchen ist ca. 7 km entfernt. Von dort aus gelangen Sie direkt über die niederländische Grenze nach Venlo und ebenso in die andere Richtung auf direktem Weg nach Düsseldorf. Ihr Zuhause: Die 1. Etage unseres Einfamilienhauses ist für den Zeitraum Ihres Aufenthaltes Ihre persönliche Wohlfühloase. Seit Sommer 2001 empfangen wir mit Freude unsere Gäste, die von der Familie mit Kindern, über Naturliebhaber bis hin zum Montage-Arbeiter jeden umfassen, den es nach Nettetal und Umgebung zieht. Unsere Ferienwohnung bietet auf ca. 60 m² Platz für bis zu 4 Personen in 2 getrennten Doppelzimmern. U ziet het veerpontje op en neer gaan en er varen de hele dag schepen en jachten aan u voorbij. Het pittoreske dorpje Broekhuizen is rijk aan gezellige restaurants met terrasjes aan de Maas. U kunt fietsen tussen de rozen- en aspergevelden, door bos- en natuurgebieden over rustige wegen en paden. Het appartement is geschikt voor stellen, zakelijke reizigers en gezinnen. Er is draadloze tv.

Er Is ruim keuze uit verschillende films en documentaires voor een relaxte filmavond. Ook is er een geluidsinstallatie met aansluiting voor Ipad of laptop e.d.

In het prachtig bosgebied Boschhuizen vlak bij landgoed Geysteren, ligt onze bungalow die opgesplitst is in drie zelfstandige comfortabele luxe studio's. De studio is 32m2 groot, met een eigen badkamer, douche, wc en wastafel. De slaapkamer is van het leefgedeelte afgescheiden door een halve muur. De ruimte is prima voor 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen. In het leefgedeelte staat de slaapbank en is een eettafel en keuken. Zie huisregels en foto's voor verdere informatie en toeslagen.

Op 100 meter een restaurant/café. In de directe omgeving veel natuur en mooie wandel/fietsroutes. Maashees ligt op de grens van Brabant en Noord-Limburg. Venray en Boxmeer zijn op 10 kilometer afstand.

Our holiday home is located in a beautiful street with historic buildings in the old village of Well aan de Maas. When you cross the street you are already on the banks of the Maas and you can walk or cycle into the nature reserve De Baend. The house is quietly located, behind the main house in the green garden with old trees. The garden is accessible through the French doors in the living room and you can use it freely. The house has its own entrance and is fully equipped.
