Very quiet residential area. Free parking space. The forest with paths for walking and hiking are just behind the house. Healthy living because ecological building materials were used. Just a 150 m walking distance to the sea, beach, shops, restaurants, coffee-shops, tennis courts, children playground, bus terminal. Free, fast WiFi and Smart TV with more than 100 channels. Well located to ensure silent nights despite of being so close to the city centre. On the ground floor there is a nice patio. Several parking places and garages are very close to the apartment.

Just few meters from the famous Lungo mare-12 kilometers long promenade from Volosko to Lovran! Very important-FREEpublic PARKING just in front of the house. My place is close to public transport. You’ll love my place because of the views, the location, and the coziness. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with one kid). Our studio apartment is completely renovated in July of 2016.
