This cozy cottage near the river is in the heart of the historic district. We often have guests stay with us for extended periods, but we also love hosting people for shorter stays, as well. With a queen bed and pullout sofa, the house can sleep 4. We love dog owners, so your furry friends are welcome. Kitchen fully equipped. Grill, memory foam mattress, towels, sheets, a TV, WiFi, and Roku included. Plenty of parking and walkable to river & downtown. 15 minutes to Fort Moore.

A cozy game room features a ping pong table and a comfortable seating area with cushions and throw pillows. Soft lighting from string lights creates a warm ambiance, enhancing the inviting atmosphere of the space. Decorative wall art adds character to the room.

I was born and raised right here in the tri-city area and my husband is from Atlanta. We have very strong family roots so when we saw the opportunity to bring families together, we weren’t missing out!!!! Located in the heart of midtown, our home is conveniently located right off of the exit. 7 miles to Ft.Benning, 4 miles to Uptown, less than 2 miles from CSU and blocks from shopping, restaurants and grocery stores! We can’t wait to host your family!!!
