Great location. Walk out the door to the beautiful azure blue sea. The coffee shop downstairs was very convenient with good food. The apartment matched the photos exactly. It was quiet and comfortable. Host met me upon arrival and walked me through everything. A good stay for the money.

It is a small but very nicely furnished room, exactly as described by the host. All services, such as AC, fridge, washing machine were functional. The bathroom is very modern and big enough. The sofa bed was a lot more comfortable than expected - we had no issues sleeping on it for four nights. There is an elevator in the building to reach the apartment in the 3rd floor. It was clean, calm at night, and very conveniently located. We would recommend this for a short stay.

It was cleaner and more comfortable than I imagined!When I opened the door, I was greeted by the pleasant scent of linen, and I was able to relax. Memo was very kind from the first message, and provided information about the luggage storage facility before check-in, so I was able to enjoy Nice from the first day. The location is also perfect and it is on the side of the main station, so it is convenient when going far away! I would definitely like to stay again.

Highly recommend this apartment. We stayed 4 nights in April with a baby and had a cot and high chair provided. Location is walking distance to many shops and restaurants, about 20 mins to the beach. The only minor negative was no automatic self check-in instructions so we had to message the host and wait for her response to enter.

Apartment was really nice and comfortable. Super clean , Amazing views. Balcony was everything. Host left a few goodies for us like *vine & chips* and some other things. Really recommend it.

I really enjoyed staying in the heart of Nice at this apartment - it was perfectly appointed for a solo traveler or a cosy couple! The bathroom is very modernized - the kitchen, while small, has everything you would need to cook a full meal or just store and heat ready foods. I loved the location - it’s truly a stone’s throw from everywhere - you won’t even need a tram - you can just about walk everywhere, including the pristine blue Cote d’Azur beaches! Francois really went out of his way to make me feel at home and I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

We enjoyed 6 nights in Eva’s apartment. Very tastefully decorated and clean. Really comfy bed and pillows for a good nights sleep. Great double sink in bathroom and toiletries provided. Excellent location not far from sea and train station for access to surrounding area. Nice balcony, overlooking quiet street to enjoy a drink of an evening. Nice cafe a few doors down for breakfast. Shop across the road for groceries. Eva was a great host,she personally greeted us,despite our flight being delayed for 2.5hrs,so didn’t get there until late. Would highly recommend, although there are a few flights of stairs, so access may be difficult for some.

We loved staying at Diego’s Airbnb. This was our second time in Nice and really loved the location of this Airbnb. Diego was one of the best hosts I’ve ever had on Airbnb! He was super responsive and helpful with all questions . We also loved the extra touches he had around the Airbnb and really made the experience special. The bathroom was spotless and the rain shower is amazing. We were also grateful for the washing machine with everything we needed provided. Would highly recommend and don’t hesitate to book!

We have lived in this apartment for the third time in a row. We are in the best hands with the accommodation and Didier and Guy. There are only positive things to say. We have also planned to come back next year. Everything that man needs for recreation, he finds at Dodier. A great host. **************

This place was incredibly convenient, located very close to the Cannes Lions venue. Whenever I had any issues, the host responded immediately, which was a huge help. The amenities and thoughtful touches—like slippers and other essentials—went far beyond any other Airbnb I’ve stayed at in Cannes. Truly exceptional hospitality.

It was a clean and pretty accommodation. The advantage of being spacious and comfortable was very great, and it was nice to feel at home while staying in a somewhat unfamiliar city called Nice. Above all, the host's response was very quick and friendly, so I felt reassured.

I stayed here with my girlfriend for 2 weeks and it was great! The place was very clean. Upon arrival, we were personally welcomed and shown the accommodation, as well as a tip for shopping at Intermarché, which is just across the street. At night it is a bit noisy on the main road, but this is to be expected in the spring of the French Riviera. A train station is not far away and within 20-30 minutes you can drive to both Cannes and Monaco. Villeneuve-Loubet is in a great location! We will definitely be back!

Gorgeous location!!! Place is actually better that what the published pictures show. We felt right at home. The apartment has everything you need to have a very comfortable stay. The private resort its beautiful, lots of nature and with plenty of activities. Loved the pool, the beach and the beautiful Cote d’ Azur region.

The villa was perfect - it was beautiful (exactly like the photos), well equip with everything we needed, great location (we loved Saint maxime but also equally easy to get an uber to St Tropez). Herve and Nathalie were very responsive and flexible with check in times. Couldn’t recommend more!

We only had a short 4 night stay. But it was really super nice. From May there is still a pool, but that did not bother us as the sea can be reached on foot within a few minutes.

My husband and myself, along with 3 young adult children stayed at Anna's beautiful home for 7 days. With the home being 4 floors, we each had plenty of space for ourselves as well as common areas - kitchen, living, balcony to spend time together. The location was perfect - easily walkable to the train station and all the restaurants/shops in old town Antibes, as well as the beach! Easy access to other areas in the French Riviera by train (i.e. Cannes, Monaco, Nice, etc.). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Anna's home and can't think of any amenity that was missing. Highly recommend, especially for families or larger groups!

Helena was nice, honest and very communicative. House is big and clean, with all you needed and the pool was just perfect. So I would recommend visiting the house with friends and family.

I was staying in saint maxime for a wedding and I couldn’t have picked a better location to stay for me and my friends. Would definitely recommend and I will definitely be returning. We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Xavier villa set in the valley surrounding the village of St Paul de Vence . The Villa has stunning peaceful views , to enjoy all the lush trees and greenery in front of us . The big hit for us was the terrace and pool which allowed wonderful sunshine all day and then at night idyllic sunsets to enjoy cocktails and dinner . Our first night we noticed a few fire flies in the tree from the terrace which made the place even more enchanting. The villa its self is very clean ,modern and super practical everything we needed for a comfortable stay . We really enjoyed using the downstairs open plan kitchen with great facilities , everything was tidy and orderly . It felt very private, peaceful and relaxing yet there was plenty opportunity to go to the nearby villages . We were so happy when we got to the villa because we had a lovely welcome from Xavier and this is a great villa to find in a very chic area . We loved our stay !
