Das Gebäude war früher die Grundschule des Ortes und wurde 2023 zu Wohnungen umgebaut. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und hat 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 Badzimmer mit Wc, 1 WC, 1 großes Wohnzimmer mit Küche & 1 Balkon mit tollem Ausblick & direkter Sicht auf den Spielplatz

Die schnucklige 42 qm Maisonette-Wohnung für 2 Erwachsene verfügt über einen Alkoven-Schlafraum, welcher über eine Holztreppe zu erreichen ist. Im Außenbereich befindet sich ein überdachter Sitzplatz mit wunderschöner Aussicht ins Sulzbachtal. Der gemütliche Wellnessbereich kann täglich genutzt werden.

Our farm is located in an idyllic, very quiet location, framed by meadows, fruit trees and forest and is ideal to simply let your soul dangle. Listen to the chirping of the birds and the chirping of the crickets and relax while watching our fallow deer. Diverse, varied hikes and mountain bike tours can be made directly from the farm or in the immediate vicinity. Premium and gourmet hiking trails invite you to tours in the region. We are happy to advise you!

In winter, the nearby ski slopes are a popular destination - if you like it cozy, you can enjoy the wood crackling in front of the fire with a glass of local wine.
