A 20-minute walk and you are in the old imperial city of Oppenheim, which is worth seeing. By train you can get to Mainz in 20 minutes. You'll love the place because of the cozy atmosphere, the comfortable four-poster bed, the fully equipped kitchen and the large bathroom. The train station is about 8 minutes, to Nierstein market square with the many nice restaurants and wineries about 15 minutes.

Both are located in a 35-square-meter living and sleeping area.
