Holiday rentals with beach access in Orange County

What a wonderful stay! Bee was so responsive and hospitable, and shared so much local information to make the best of my family trip. Bee’s home was truly a home away from home. It was stocked with all the essentials and more, and very spacious for my family of 5. Very clean, and had no issues at all. There was a grill and fire pit available for our use as well. The lake and beach were all very accessible as well, and Bee had plenty of beach passes available for us to use. All in all an unforgettable experience, a short summer trip my family will never forget. We will definitely come back!

Great location—perfect for me and my son, and comfortably fits 4–5 people. The AC is strong, the TVs are huge, and the home has a cozy, welcoming feel. If you're visiting your cadet and need a peaceful, comfortable place to relax afterward, this spot is ideal. A few tips for future guests: Toilet Paper: Only one roll was provided, so plan to bring or buy more during your stay. Not a big deal, but worth noting. Transportation: I tried to get a Lyft for over an hour with no success. One finally came from over 25 minutes away. Lyft and rideshare options are very limited in town, so if you can rent a car, definitely do so. First Aid Kit: I cut my finger on my luggage and couldn’t find any bandages in the unit. I recommend bringing a basic first aid kit just in case—always good to have on hand. Overall, a great, peaceful stay in a very convenient location. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others!

I would highly recommend this place, Tracy was very helpful. She gave us clear instructions. She had the place prepared for us. She even customized for us a card and guiding us to where everything is, the place was very clean, very well taken care of, and a lot of thoughts went into designing this place with all the amenities and comfortabilities

It was a good stay. The place was as advertized. It met our needs perfectly and was comfortable, and the neighborhood was very beautiful. We had an issue with a neighbor being very noisy in the middle of the night that we brought up with Allie, and though it really wasn't her fault, she did everything she could to resolve it. We appreciate the efforts she made; she really worked hard to take care of her guests. Thank you Allie.

We had an unforgettable stay at this magical cabin! Izzy and Joe are amazing hosts—warm, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful. Check-in was seamless, and since late checking was requested by them , they kindly offered a late checkout, which we truly appreciated and made our departure more relaxed. The cabin itself is even better than the photos—beautifully decorated, full of natural light, and thoughtfully designed. The bedroom and sunroom with lake views quickly became our favorite cozy spots. The private island with its dreamy daybed swing and breathtaking lake views felt like a hidden paradise, and our dog loved roaming leash-free on the island. Everything in the cabin is intuitively organized, with smart controls for lighting, shades, and TV—managed via an iPad that also contains a well-designed digital guide. We’ve stayed at many cabins over the years, and this one stands out in every way. We’re already planning to return and make this special place an annual tradition

This beautiful lake house is a lovely retreat from the chaos of the city. We spent the day lounging by the dock, and relaxing in the sun. It was awesome to have a full private bar with your own pool table right in the house!

The place is peaceful and a good and solid base to explore Legoland and the beautiful trails and foliage in the area. Richard and Maryann were great, and we are very grateful that Richard helped prepare a fire for us. Just remember to buy some firewood at the local gas station. Easy walk down to the beautiful lake where they keep a small rowboat for use. It rained unfortunately when we were set to go boating so we missed out. Saved for future Legoland visits!

Wow! I booked this lovely home just a few days prior to needing it and it was all we expected and more. It has 2 private docks on the upper part of Greenwood Lake with Adirondack chairs right by the water. The lots are separated with fences and shrubs and so it seems very private. Heron, geese, ducks and other birds visited our dock and yard. The town of Greenwood Lake had what we needed: ice cream, beer (go to Friendly Beer for the best selection), a few restaurants/food trucks & a Dunkin. We loved the hot tub and appreciated the board games since the weather was rainy at times. Rules and checkout procedures were simple and clear cut and John was responsive and helpful when messaged on the app. Any issues we had were unforeseen and dealt with immediately. We would love to stay here again!

Mixing business with pleasure, we prefer to stay in an Airbnb versus hotel. Jack’s place offered us the home away from home we were looking for. The beds were very comfortable and the home was nice and clean. After a days work, we enjoyed soaking in the hot tub. Looking forward to the next trip.

Staying at Jo's place was an absolute pleasure. The house itself was just as described and sits in a cozy area steps from Greenwood Lake. My fiance and I spent a week there and honestly felt as if it could be our second home. There was plenty to do at the lake where we swam, paddle boarded, and kayaked all around the beautiful water. Jo made sure that life jackets were provided for us and that they were the appropriate size which was incredibly thoughtful. She also gave us lots of recommendations for local places to eat and to see which was also very nice. Communication with her was top notch and was always comfortable. We will absolutely consider coming back to her beautiful home.

This house was amazing and so unique! you can tell the host puts a lot of energy into it and it shows. Amazing host as well, Brenda was incredibly responsive and helpful! would recommend this stay again.
