We welcome you to a renovated 65 m2 cottage (4/6 people) located in the center of the village of Champtoceaux – Orée d'Anjou, close to all amenities, and 30 km east of Nantes. You will stay in one of the oldest buildings in the village, in a completely renovated place that has retained its character. Pass by the viewpoint on the Loire and in the park opposite the cottage, before setting off to discover this multifaceted region! See you soon.

The sports complex is 50 m away with a Nantes bowling green and court 🏀 The Lac des Vallées is a 10-minute walk away. You can take a walk with children and dogs. The cottage is 15 minutes from Puy du Fou, 15 minutes from Vallée de Poupet, 20 minutes from Tiffauges Castle, 20 minutes from Cholet and 1 hour from Les Sables d'Olonne. Walkers and hikers can enjoy the many walks along the banks of the Sèvre.

A studio, comprising bedroom, bathroom (shower and sink), kitchenette and toilet, is located on the first floor of a castle (15th to 18th century) in a quiet, flowery and wooded environment, 1 km from the village by a private forest path. You will have a second bedroom adjoining the studio, with two single beds, which you can see in the photos. A folding crib is available. the beds are made upon arrival.
