Enjoy sitting in front of a crackling fire after a walk in the mushroom forest or cooling AC in the summer. The house completely renovated in 2020. No shower and toilet inside but has a newly built outdoor shower as well as a fresh outdoor toilet.

In the living room there is a sofa, table, armchairs, TV and a cozy fireplace. The bathroom area consists of large shower room, sauna and separate toilet. Large terrace with lounge group and barbecue.

This summer cottage is 45 sqm, consists of 2 bedrooms with a total of 4 beds. The plot consists mostly of lawn, suitable for outdoor play. You will have access to two patios, one of which is south-facing. Outdoor grill is available. In the immediate area, within walking distance of the house, there is access to swimming at the jetty, rocks, and beach. The beach is child-friendly and is a 3-minute walk from the house. To the south is the Stockholm archipelago and to the north the open sea. 1.5 hours from Arlanda. Bus to Uppsala every 30 minutes. 5 minutes walk to bus station and ferry to Gräsö.

Perfect year-round vacation for couples and families alike, but also a paradise for birdwatchers and Albert Engström's fans. Here you wake up to a beautiful sunrise over the sea, you put on your robe, go down to the rocks and take a lovely morning swim from the jetty.
