Beautiful over-sized private 1 bedroom cottage, overlooking the lake. We are close to several other lakes and dog friendly parks to explore. Comfort was our number one focus when choosing furniture, and there is even a king sleep number mattress in the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining area, living area, desk/office space, washer, dryer, flat screen TV, wifi, cable TV with HBO, Netflix & Amazon. Light breakfast & snacks. Please note there is an additional charge to use pool.

This location is within 8 minute driving distance from Universal Studios, Universal City Walk, Volcano Bay, Islands of Adventure, Camping World Stadium, Downtown Orlando, I-Drive, and Prime Outlets. A great central location to all theme parks including Sea World & Disney. Awesome place for 2 to 4 people & also cozy enough for a few days stay. Less than a mile from convenient stores and grocery stores. Less than 2 miles from the Millenia Mall along with a lot of restaurants near by.

Winter Park and College Park are 3-5 minute drives, Disney and Universal only 20 minutes, etc. The interior is chic and inviting, with a homey feel.
