The villa was same as described in the listed pictures. The villa was well decorated and clean with big spacious room, which made them quite comfortable and pool was also clean.

Staying with this wonderful Nysel's family was truly one of the highlights of our trip! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with so much warmth and kindness it genuinely felt like coming home. The house was not only beautiful and spotless but also filled with so much love and positive energy. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Whether it was sharing local tips, offering help when we needed it, or just chatting over, their hospitality touched our hearts. Sanjeev's place (without exaggeration) is one of the best AirBnb's I have stayed at. The property is exactly as described and spotless clean. It has all the amenities you might need and there are 2 nice helpers to take care of your every need. They also keep the place clean and dry all the time and are working round the clock. The location is perfect and very convenient. It has a lot of restaurants, shopping, etc around the area and a 20 mins walk to the beach. The price might seem a bit high compared to other places around, but it is 100% worth the experience. Sanjeev is also the nicest, super responsive host and is very accommodating. He genuinely wants you to have a good relaxing time and will make sure you get what you need. I would definitely recommend it to everyone, and I would come back and stay here again. If you book it, make sure you help keep the place in its great condition and be a responsible guest so such places can be enjoyed for a long time. They are hard to find.

Loved this Bali-style stay in Colva! Super clean property, premium linen and had all the promised amenities and looked better than photos. Big private terrace, cozy plunge pool with skylight was amazing. Leena Kapoor is a great host. she helped with all the restaurants and popular spots to cover in Goa. Can’t wait to come back in December!

Villa Effy is a home away from home - a place that radiates serenity and captures the essence of Goa. All the information provided on this platform is authentic. The place is far more beautiful in person than it looks in the pictures online! Being a Goan, I frequently visit Goa with my family and surely this has been the FIRST place that delivers what it promises. The power backup is so impressive that we never experienced a power outage during our seven night stay. What really maintains the warmth of the place is the host Mr Joseph Rodriques(exemplifies superior customer satisfaction). He was proactive and responded within no time after the booking on Airbnb. All through our stay, he ensured that we were comfortable. We were also treated by a sumptuous meal by his beloved wife. I would highly recommend this place and would love to certainly visit it again with my family. Thank you, Mr Joseph for your incredible hospitality.

I was totally impressed with the stay as the experience was way too above and beyond my expectations. There wasn't a single instance of any disruption with any of the services during my two day stay here. Infact, my check-in was at 2pm and I had reached Madgaon from Kerala at 8am. I talked to Esmenia and explained that I was traveling with my daughter and if she could do something about my 5hrs wait before check-in. To my surprise, Esmenia was kind hearted and told me to reach the venue by then she would get another similar config room ready. This helped me and my daughter who were already exhausted by then. They have a lovely terrace, beautiful balcony and lot of space for parking. The neighborhood is a quiet village of a true goan cultural experience. lot of options to eat and roam around if you have a mode of conveyance. Thank You Bablu the caretaker, Joshua and Esmenia for making our stay a memorable one. We'll be planning a family trip soon.
