Anupama is a great host and the place is really good...and she was kind to talk her place with a 20ltr bisleri water and essesials like fruits and biscuits, hand wash etc. Generally a nice place for a small family also

Words aren’t just enough to describe our heartfelt stay at Sol Banyan/Tisya stays. Everything was beyond perfect including the property cleanliness, amenities and ambience. There is a different vibe to this place, just exactly what we wanted in this vacation. I would like to particularly thank Nishant for providing early check-in upon request and being so hospitable. Also, Debasis was very helpful too. He arrange complete decoration of the room as per my request for our anniversary.

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Candolim! The place was exactly as shown in the pictures—beautifully decorated, clean, and very spacious. The amenities provided made our stay extremely comfortable. The location was perfect—close to all key spots yet peaceful. Special thanks to the host, Basappa, for being super responsive and helpful throughout. Highly recommended for families and groups looking for a cozy and well-maintained stay in Goa!

We had a lovely stay at Jia Villa Candolim. The villa was perfect for kids as well as senior citizens. The daily breakfast was yummy and was made even more palatable because of the polite and caring behavior of the staff, especially Rashmi. Praful was also extremely helpful and helped us with an early check in and was always very responsive. Just one improvement which can make things even better - the bathroom on the ground floor was kept locked so for senior citizens it was a task to climb up the stairs frequently. It would be helpful to make the bathroom accessible.

Absolutely wonderful stay , the villa was as described, even better, regularly cleaned and best of it all was the food.. in a place like Goa, where everywhere prices are through the roof...this was a much welcome relief..such delicious food , thar we never bothered to venture outside...the cook Shravan is an absolute masterchief...he could just cook up anything and the hosts , Bhawna, Aman, Swati and team were simply wonderful...they went out of the way to make our stay pleasant...absolutely recommend this and will definitely come back again...

Villa Effy is a home away from home - a place that radiates serenity and captures the essence of Goa. All the information provided on this platform is authentic. The place is far more beautiful in person than it looks in the pictures online! Being a Goan, I frequently visit Goa with my family and surely this has been the FIRST place that delivers what it promises. The power backup is so impressive that we never experienced a power outage during our seven night stay. What really maintains the warmth of the place is the host Mr Joseph Rodriques(exemplifies superior customer satisfaction). He was proactive and responded within no time after the booking on Airbnb. All through our stay, he ensured that we were comfortable. We were also treated by a sumptuous meal by his beloved wife. I would highly recommend this place and would love to certainly visit it again with my family. Thank you, Mr Joseph for your incredible hospitality.

good place if you are looking for a beach front house. the beach and surroundings are very peaceful and private. the beach itself is cleanest I have seen in goa. the caretaker pappu was always around to help us out.

I stayed at this amazing place for three nights and absolutely loved it! The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and looked exactly like the photos. Everything was just as described, which made our stay super comfortable and hassle-free. The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. She also gave us some fantastic local recommendations that really added to our experience. The location is another big plus—it’s just a short walk to the serene Zalor Beach, which was perfect for morning strolls and relaxing sunsets. One of the very few Airbnbs I’ve stayed at that truly deserves more than a 5-star rating in every aspect! Madhwendra has meticulously planned every detail with thoughtful touches throughout the home. We stayed for 5 nights, worked remotely, and cooked all three meals daily without any hassle — the kitchen is fully equipped. The swimming pool is exceptionally well maintained and cleaned every day. The beach is just a short walk away, making it perfect for early morning or evening strolls. The house itself is beautifully designed and has all amenities that make it feel like a home away from home. With 3 ACs running efficiently, we never felt the Goan heat while working. Truly a hidden gem and by far one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had in Goa. Highly recommended!

Just what I was looking for. Quiet, cozy and clean space. Close to the airport. All basic amenities were taken care of. Yogesh was very proactive in keeping up with the communication and information. Beautiful view of the nearby area.
