Cottage with sea view in the center of Öregrund. Only 100m to the beach. 30 square meters. Small bedroom with double bed and a loft with two beds. Fully equiped kitchen, shower and WC. Self-catering. Öregrund is a charming city on the east coast with wooden houses and narrow alleys. In summer there are plenty of restaurants and cafés. To the south lies the Stockholm archipelago with open sea to the north. 1.5 hours from Arlanda airport. Bus to Uppsala every 30 minutes. 5 minute walk to the bus station and ferry to Gräsö. We live in a house on the same grounds and are happy to help with your holiday in Öregrund. We have several extra bikes that can be used for excursions to Gräsö and various nice beaches. The nearest golf course is 6 km. Bed linen and final cleaning included.

Björnbo - A lovely cottage

Relax in this unique and peaceful home with proximity to the swimming area. Here you enter the tranquility directly surrounded by the charm of the turn of the century, liner oil-painted pearly, well-equipped kitchen with a large gas stove for those interested in food as well as amenities such as a dishwasher and water from freshly drilled well. Enjoy sitting in front of a crackling fire after a walk in the mushroom forest or cooling AC in the summer. The house completely renovated in 2020. No shower and toilet inside but has a newly built outdoor shower as well as a fresh outdoor toilet.

Cozy and beautiful accommodation spread over 65 sqm (2nd floor) on shared lake plot. Two bedrooms and sofa bed. Wake up, cook and wash your dishes while looking out over the ocean. Wide lawn for playing, outdoor games are available to borrow kubb, crocket and the like. The house is adjacent to the ownership of the house. Please let me know if you would like to have a dog with you. The plot flows out to the sea in a natural beach. It is shallow, a little dicey with pebbles. Wi-Fi is not included, you stream through your own phone and networks from chrome cast via TV. Sheets not included.

In the living room there is a sofa, table, armchairs, TV and a cozy fireplace. The bathroom area consists of large shower room, sauna and separate toilet. Large terrace with lounge group and barbecue.

OBS! Vintertid ansvarar gäster för snöskottning, därav lägre avgift under vintersäsongen. Mysig röd liten stuga med trädgård och närhet till många utflyktsmål runtom i vackra Roslagen. Stugan ligger i ett lugnt villakvarter. 20 minuter med bil till havet och badplats. 5 minuter med bil till ett centrum med mataffär, pizzeria, apotek etc. Ca 1h 20 min från centrala Stockholm med bil. Möjligt att ta sig med buss från Stockholm. En resa på ungefär 2 timmar. Husdjur & rökning är ej tillåtet.
