Sit on your own private balcony and enjoy a morning cup of coffee while listening to the waves crashing on the sandy beach. Our quaint little beach town is like no other!

Conveniently located 1 mile from Publix Supermarket, 30 minutes from New Smyrna, 55 minutes from Historic St. Augustine. 🐾 We’re happy to welcome well-behaved dogs! Enjoy great ocean views on no-driving beach, 1 hr. from Orlando. Ideal for couple. Small pet may be ok (must be contained to house and our yard). Had an unexpected cancellation due to tenant illness for January 2026.
