kladi new house is located in the middle of our olive grove, on the border with the forest. Only for nature lovers "including its guests and rumors". To get to our house be ready for a mini off-road{u can come with any car} about 1km between fragrant flowers, wild flowers and olive trees The nearest beach can be reached by car in 5 min. We will be glad to offer you our olive oil, olives and seasonal fruit and vegetables. walking around you will appreciate the typical vegetation of our area.

Enjoy moonlit nights and warm sunrises with island views. Walk to the bottom of the hill to your private little Pebble beach (warning it is a little bit of a hike to the bottom). We are in between Vouvourou, and Ormos Panagia and a car is needed. The bedroom has a queen but 3 guests can fit due to a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The apartment is about 40 square meters. There are no screens on the main entrance door due to its shape. Mosquito-repellent plug-ins are recommended.

Psakoudia located at the middle finger and the most beautiful in Chalkidiki, that mean that you have the advantage to visit all the unique beaches around that you have ever dreamed. It is ideal for couples or singles who enjoy the tranquility, as there is a spacious garden and a fully equipped kitchen (cooktop, fridge etc). The nearest beach is 1km away and 20km to the east you can swim in some of Chalkidikis most famous beaches. Ideal for those who want serene vacations and a vibrant nightlife as there are nearby seaside towns with eateries and bars.

I was most impressed that aside from all the possible kitchen , bathroom, etc., there were essential medications left behind - analgesics , antipyretics, and antiallergic! Extremely kind host ! Eleni receives you super friendly. She provides fresh towels during the stay and is available for any questions. She also gives great tips for excursions in the area. The walls of the apartment are a little thin (you can hear the apartment neighbors), but the area itself is very quiet😊 we were satisfied

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house in Paleokastro! It’s such a peaceful and authentic place — waking up to birdsong and hearing nightingales at night was pure magic. Debby, the owner, is very very kind and even brought us some delicious local treats. Her daughter Asthasia welcomed us warmly, gave us a lovely tour, and shared great tips for local beaches, supermarkets, and tavernas. They really made us feel at home. The house is simple but very tastefully decorated, fully equipped, and we especially enjoyed the private barbecue area — perfect for relaxed evenings outside. The only very small thing we noticed was that it would be nice if the showerhead could hang, but honestly, it didn’t bother us at all. We left feeling completely relaxed and full of good memories. We can’t recommend this place enough!
