We have been staying in La Ferte Mace. The flat is great. It is large and has all the aminities and things needed. The shower is nice a hot and has a good flow too. You can wash your clothes and the heating is very good. The kitchen is functional and has everything and it all works fine. The decoration is nice and it feels like a home. There are two main beds, one is an Emma mattress for comfort. The TV has all the options, including Netflix if you have an account. Xavier has been extremely helpful to us during our stay and provided lots of great advice. He's approachable and friendly and always responds to messages in a timely fashion. Our stay has been much improved thanks to his help. We'd highly recommend this flat or any managed by Xavier for a pleasant stay in France.

We immediately feel that Herman and Caroline had the pleasure of setting up their beautiful Norman house so that everyone feels good there. The house is very nice and perfectly equipped. There's nothing missing! The huge garden is full of nooks and crannies and games for the kids. We were 2 couples with 4 children and a baby and we all had a great stay! Note: the bedroom "dorm" (with a double bed and a single bed) at the top of the stairs, on the 1st floor, is not closed and through (you have to cross it to access the bathroom). But that doesn't stop us from wanting to come back next year. We recommend: go there without a second thought!

This bijous little house is full of charm and character offering a surprising amount of space for up to 4 people. A cosy living room leads to a well equipped kitchen and then up another level to the dining room. The staircase can be found here too leading to the first floor revealing a generous double bedroom furnished with a beautiful French demi-Corbeille bed, marble topped dressing table and a gentleman’s armoire. Be our first guest in Chateau du Fresne! We are since the end of September 2022 the proud owners of the amazing monument of 13th/15th/16th/18th century Chateau. We have great plans for the future. Your stay here will be the first experience of an old house. Before renovations!! We have one bathroom which we will share. We heat up with big fireplaces (lots of wood). Our house is located between the town hall and the church of Rémalard, in the heart of Perche. All the shops in the village are within walking distance. Built in 1850, it was renovated in 2022. It now has all modern comforts while maintaining its antique character. The garden is to the south, bathed in light and quiet on the park side. The 3 double bedrooms are upstairs. The 2 bathrooms are distributed between the ground floor and the 1st floor. Free street parking is available.
