Sheets available living room with double sofa bed, possibility of adding a 3rd folding bed for 1 person on request with extra charge of €10 per night, TV, living room opens onto a new fitted and equipped kitchen.

Located 10 minutes from Mortagne au Perche and Bellême, two towns classified as small towns of character. You can admire the basilica of Notre Dame de Montligeon, 10 minutes from the studio. Lovers of history and old stones, you can see many mansions in the region. We are close to the forests of Bellême, Réno Valdieu, as well as the greenway, ideal for quiet bike rides. Many local producers: Cider mill, cheese maker, organic vegetables & others.

The living room consists of a bed and a sofa bed, accommodating up to 4 people. Access to the greenway on the old railway, used by Vélo Francette, is located about 500 m from us.
