In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.

Located in the Orne, close to the village of Camembert, this warm house is typically Norman, mixing bricks and half-timbering. Totally independent, it is at the center of a preserved environment: a 2000 m² garden and pastures as far as the eye can see. And for total relaxation, it has a sauna chalet in the garden with a covered terrace with a living room. Electric car charger.
