My house is located 50 m from the ancient Saracen tower that overlooks the crystal clear waters that characterize the entire coast ; a few meters away there is a playground built among the beautiful centuries-old olive trees, several restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, shops , ATM and beach... My house is suitable for couples looking for some tranquility , solo adventurers who love nature , business travelers and families (with children). The house is also a ten-minute drive from Baunei for those who want to practice climbing and hiking in the beautiful mountains .

Licenza IUN Q0755 Ampio Trilocale Si trova alla stessa distanza da quasi tutti i luoghi da visitare sia a Sud che a Nord. La casa è spaziosa e ben organizzata. mobili sono nuovi e in ottime condizioni. Ci sono zanzariere e persiane in ogni finestra. Si può facilmente parcheggiare l'auto nel cortile e godere delle terrazze. L'alloggio è ben posizionato: a 5 minuti dalla spiaggia e a 15 minuti dalle montagne Si trova in una comoda strada privata, quindi è tranquillo, giorno e notte.

My accommodation is only 4 km from the center of San Teodoro and the famous beaches, beautiful panoramic views, restaurants, family activities and close to all amenities such as supermarkets,pharmacy etc. It is a 20 minute drive to the airport and the port. You'll love my place for these reasons: In a quiet and relaxing area. New decor with full kitchen. Gas line and direct water.( no cylinder in the house ).
