Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Orpington

We had a great stay at Emilia’s home in Greenwich. The location is excellent - close to everything and easy to get around. Just a heads-up: it's situated on the path of the London Fire Brigade, so you might hear sirens at night. Earplugs are a good idea if you're a light sleeper. That said, the apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and great value for money. Emilia was a thoughtful and responsive host. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent location for O2 events and site seeing in London. The location was not busy, quiet day and night, with a light city buzz of traffic and trains in the background. It felt very safe and secure. Flat was clean, tidy, and everything you'd expect it to be and more. Hosts were lovely and very accomadating. If you are driving in there is a bonus of free secure parking nearby, so do check with the host for availability before booking your own. Plenty of transport options also, DLR (Royal Victoria), Underground (Canning Town), IFS Cable Car over Thames, and Uber Clipper boats. If you do need to be other side of river e.g. O2, getting an Uber Clipper Boat, North Greenwich underground, would recommend the Cable Car there is 10 one-way journeys for £17 per person. If you're looking for a few nights in London, I would definitely recommend this.

Had a lovely stay from beginning to end. Janet was there to greet us and show us round. The home is spotless and has everything you need. Beautiful little garden area at the front that has the sun in the mornings. Short walk into Gravesend for restaurants. When I come back to Kent to catch up with friends I shall definitely stay again.

Nick, thank you so much for hosting us. We have great time! Apartment is lovely! We enjoyed staying in your backyard area in the evenings and just chill and relax after a long day of walking. It is just 7-10 mins walk to the tube and overground train stations. Lots of places to dine and fresh, tasty coffee spots. Very lovely neighborhood. Thank you again!

Looks exactly like the pictures, good size flat with everything you need! near to east Croydon station which has great connection to central London. Team is responsive and helpful. I will recommend this place

We had a great 2 month stay with Chris and Loi while we were waiting for our new build house to be completed. They are excellent hosts - very friendly and accommodating, responding immediately to any messages, and always offering help with anything. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. It is in a quiet, convenient location, within easy walking distance to shops and the train station. Having parking available on the drive was a bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend their place.

Wow. Staying at Taylour House was like stepping back in time - in the best possible way. The house is steeped in history and beautifully preserved, full of character and charm. It felt like staying in a living museum, but with all the modern comforts thoughtfully in place. Caroline, the host, was absolutely wonderful - friendly, welcoming, and incredibly flexible, which made the whole experience relaxed and easy. The house was spotless, extremely well equipped, and exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Edenbridge, with a great pub directly opposite that serves top-notch Sunday roasts. A rare bonus was having off-street parking for two cars - a real luxury for a town centre property. Taylour House is a gem. Full of history, excellent value, and hosted with genuine warmth - we’d love to come back.

Nana’s house was a fantastic stay, suitable for families with or without pet’s and work related breaks. I would recommend anyone considering to visit London to stay here as the host was responsive and very accommodating to our family needs. Beautiful house in Orpington with everything you need. Calm neighbourhood; restaurants and supermarket in the centre of Orpington, thus easy to reach. Fast connections to central London with the train. Communication with Maria was easy and worked always very well. We had a really pleasant stay at Maria's place... and Prince, the cat, is a lovely companion. We would definitely stay there again.

Everything we needed, 20 minutes on the bus to the O2 which was one of the main reasons for our visit. Located on a very peaceful street, 5 minutes walk to bus stop. House well equipped and comfortable. Perfect, thank you.

This is a lovely home, restored beautifully and very well loved and taken care of. There is so much beauty inside. Our family enjoyed the space, the rooms were very comfortable and spacious. It truly felt like a home away from home. Our kids felt right at home and really enjoyed the foosball table. The kitchen is fully equipped and two washing machines was an added bonus for us. The location is walkable to trains that can take you down to the heart of central London. We enjoyed the quiet respite of a home outside of the bustling city after our long days sightseeing. We enjoyed our stay at Janet’s condo. It had beautiful views and was in the perfect location outside of the busy city but steps from the closest train station. It was very clean and Janet had wonderful suggestions for us to eat/shop. She even left treats for us to snack on while we stayed. 10/10 would recommend.

What can I say? Simply perfect! Incredible place. the pictures are superb but cannot quite do it the justice it deserves. We were fortunate to have such lovely weather and felt so lucky to be able to stand by the balcony overlooking the castle with a coffee watching Windsor go by. The apartment was spotless. Furnished to a very high standard and oh so tastefully done. What a location too. Walk out the front door, turn right and within 30 seconds you can be strolling along the magnificent Long Walk. Turn left and you're immediately in the heart of Windsor amongst the bars, cafes and restaurants. We can't wait to return. Thanks Jonathan for such a wonderful stay. Brilliant host.
