Newly built luxury beach house (1) in Varamon Motala

Newly built Attefall house with the absolute best location on the longest lake in the Nordic region and one of Sweden's finest beaches. With walking paths, cafes and restaurants, it's a place that has something for everyone. The shallow, clean water is sheltered in a cove that is perfect for surfing and kayaking. Close to padel courts, tennis courts, miniature golf. No pets allowed. Sheets/towels are brought yourself, but can be rented for SEK 100/person. Events/parties are not allowed. Water pipes/smoking not allowed!

Charmig stuga, Gustavsberg, Himmelsby

Det är en stuga på landet med lugnt läge ca 10 min från E4:an söder om Mantorp. Huset är på ca 50m2. Ett sovrum med dubbelsäng, vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och öppen spis. Vardagsrummet är öppet upp till nock. Över sovrummet finns ett loft med två madrasser som kan användas som extrabäddar. Köket är fullt utrustat samt med diskmaskin. På tomten finns också en friggebod med en våningssäng. Stor lummig trädgård med uteplats och grill. Priset gäller för 4 bäddar. Extra sovplats 150sek/bädd.

The Lakehouse (Nybyggt)

Att få bli ett med naturen i en magisk omgivning är något speciellt. Här kan ni slappna av och bara njuta! Till byggnaden hör även en terrass med bord & stolar. Byggnad uppfördes 2023 där byggmaterial är närproducerat, möbler & elektronik är återbrukade för att få ett så litet klimatavtryck som möjligt. New bathroom with a 5 person Sauna. Walking distance to town. Grocery, pharmacy, liquor store, pub and restaurants within 10 min walk. 500 m to the lake for a morning dip. Välkommen till vårt nybyggda fritidshus i Hästholmen, Östergötlands västkustpärla. Byggår 2022, perfekt för semester med hela familjen eller vännerna. Huset kan bekvämt ta emot 6 st sovande gäster, stor trädgård, 2 min till bad, lekpark & glass. Huset ligger beläget intill Östgötaleden med sin vackra natur, 5 min till Omberg och golfbana, 30 min till Vadstena och Gränna. Runt knuten ligger även Västergårdens ställplats för husbilar.

Sjöängen

Sjöängen är ett unikt hus placerat 50 meter från Vätterns strand. Det är ett robust hus med en fantastisk utsikt som ger stor närhet till naturen. Bara tre minuter från huset hittar ni klippor att bada från. Huset ligger i Ödeshög och det är därför nära till både Omberg och Alvastra. Tack vare E4an är det enkelt att ta sig till flertalet av Östergötlands smultronställen.

Our place is in a small community close to art and culture, downtown and restaurants and food. You'll love my place because of the small cottage's nice location in a cultural landscape that suits different ages. The cottage is on the grounds where we also live. Suitable for solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with kids).

Charming mill cottage outside Gränna

A charming 1840s cottage that has had a facelift in recent years. Here lived the miller and his wife, right next to the mill, and you can hear the quiet murmur from the basin between the houses. Here you can enjoy the silence and be amazed by the cows grazing with their calves.
