If you are thinking of staying here, do it! This is an amazing home and somehow even better in person. It’s very close to the train station (we walked it with a baby and luggage and had no issue. No steep incline and mostly paved). Jacuzzi spa, sauna and laundry in the basement. Tucked away on a quiet street but right in the middle of town (next to the oldest hotel in zermatt). Marc was extremely helpful, accommodating and friendly. This spot is more of a 5 star hotel with the extra space and private amenities. We would come back in a heartbeat. Beyond impressed. There’s a reason why the reviews are all glowing.

I stayed at Mark's incredible chalet for 4 weeks, and I couldn't be happier with the unforgettable experience. The location is even beyond what's described: the view of the Alps and the Rhone valley is so glorious it'll leave you breathless on a daily basis. So many properties emphasize a great view, but this is one of those rare times when reality is even better! The chalet itself is situated in a very quiet area and the house is virtually soundproof. Even with all the windows open, you'll rarely hear anything but the birds and the breeze. The chalet is very clean and modern, and the kitchen is a special treat -- experienced cooks will love it, nothing is lacking. It's also close to almost everything in Crans-Montana. Mark is a fantastic host. He was quick to answer all my questions, gave me recommendations, and was very easy and reasonable. That's a huge plus for any traveler. Overall, this was a memorable trip, due in large part to one of the best properties you will EVER rent.

A really unusual and beautifully converted little mazot or chalet. Looks characterful and rustic on the outside but it was very modern and nicely kitted out on the inside. The space is tiny but we found it perfect for two. We were there in June so could enjoy sitting out on the terrace. We are both over 6ft so had to watch our heads in the bedroom which is in the eaves. We also found the stairs very steep and tricky so would caution people who are not very sure on their feet. One had to be very careful with middle of the night trips downstairs downstairs to the bathroom! Both the living room and the bedroom have a traditional unglazed window which is sealed by a large wooden door which it is brilliant to throw open to enjoy the mountain air, even when it's raining or snowing. Very atmospheric! The mazot is in a quite spot just on the edge of town but everything is 5 to 10 minutes walk away. There is even a japanese and also a savoyard restaurant a few minutes walk away.

La maison est préparée avec soin et l’effet « waou » est assuré dès qu’on arrive en haut de l’escalier. L’architecture est bien pensée et les artisans qui ont travaillé le bois sont vraiment très forts. Attention aux échardes car le bois est brut, mais c’est ce qui fait son grand charme. Pince à épiler à emporter. Vous n’allez pas y échapper 😂. La chambre pour d’éventuels enfants est sécurisée par des vitres. La vue depuis chaque pièce est de ce fait optimisée. C’est vraiment très beau. Remontée pour le ski à 3 min en voiture soit en direction de Cham, soit direction Argentière, balades dans la forêt depuis le chalet pour toutes saisons. Literie très confortable. Sauna appréciable. Salles de bains petites mais très fonctionnelles. Si vous cuisinez, lisez le mode d’emploi de la cuisinière sur internet. Subtilités utiles. Si j’y reviendrais? Avec un immense plaisir 🥰

Wauw! Wat een prachtig verblijf! Pauline wachtte ons op en kwam met een hoop tips voor de omgeving. Het huisje was nog mooier dan we hadden verwacht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Er zijn voldoende voorzieningen op loopafstand te bereiken. Ook met de auto ben je snel bij diverse bezienswaardigheden. Het is een ideale plek als uitvalsbasis om de Franse Alpen te ontdekken. Een aanrader!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Chalet Feiler sehr genossen! Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und ruhig. Die Küche ist grosszügig ausgestattet, inklusive Kaffekapseln, Milch, Gewürze, Öl und Holzkohle für den Grill. Alles war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Das Chalet hat unsere Vorstellungen also voll und ganz erfüllt! Die Kommunikation mit Anoushka war unkompliziert und ausführlich. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen.

Nous avons passés quelques nuit au Mazot Miou-Miou afin de découvrir principalement Chamonix. Le Mazot est très cosy, bien agencé et avec une vue magnifique sur le mont blanc. Aucun vis à vis et le quartier est calme et paisible. La literie est très confortable et il ne manque rien, le mazot est très propre ! Carl été très réactif tout au long du séjour et arrangeant sur les horaires. Il nous a recommandé des visites. Nous reviendrons !

Nous avons séjourné à deux chez Penny et c'était parfait! Le mazot est si agréable et beau. Il est situé au bord de la route proche de l'arrêt de bus et est donc très accessible. Il est très calme et a été parfait pour une retraite dans la nature. Penny nous a conseillé sur les chemins à emprunter pour faire de la randonnée. De plus, il y a un petit poêle et un BBQ qui ont été idéal. on recommande! merci Penny!

Wonderful chalet in Les Houches! Comfortable beds & lovely views. Spa is a nice amenity & restaurant was very good!

We (4 adults, 1 baby and 1 dog) stayed for a week at this air bnb and had the best time. The air bnb is an amazing and exactly like the photos, with great amenities making for a really peaceful stay. We loved the outside deck with a great bbq, the lounge and kitchen were the perfect place to enjoy a very active break. The chalet is walking distance to access all of Chamonix which meant we could walk everywhere. Rich was really accommodating with our requests and his communication couldn’t have been better. Overall a 10/10 experience and we would highly recommend to anyone visiting.

Väldigt häftigt och spektakulärt hus! Mycket design och kul att uppleva. Vi var 12 personer och det kändes ändå inte trångt. Stort socialt utrymme. En välkyld vinkyl välkomnade oss så kunde vi betala för det vi tog, toppen! Nära till mataffären och några minuters promenad till skidbussen. Bussarna mot stan går var 30:e minut. Ca 25 min gångavstånd till centrala Chamonix.

Hélène and Marc have a beautiful home. It is well appointed and is located in a majestic location. We had a wonderful stay and only wish we had more time to enjoy the house and the community. Certainly worth the visit! Thank you!

Very comfortable and welcoming house . Highlight was having the morning tea on the balcony and looking at snow peaked Alps . The house is very beautiful. Was surprised at 30C temperature in June at that altitude. A few pedestal fans may be an idea for the future.

This is a large Airbnb, which is fairly close to the train station in Zermatt, and the host was friendly, helpful, and responsive. The Airbnb is situated on the side of a large hill, which faces the Matterhorn. We had a beautiful view of the mountain every single day, and the dual lifts make it easy and convenient to get from town to the Airbnb. The only downside -- and it really wasn't much of a problem -- is that the Airbnb is located near the edge of town, and so it is about a 10 to 15-minute walk to the center of Zermatt where most of the restaurants are located. Regardless, if you have a large group, this makes for a good option. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Que dire, le cadre est absolument incroyable. Nous sommes des grands fans et habitués de la région et c’est la première fois que nous décidons de quitter Chamonix pour les Houches et nous ne regrettons absolument pas. La période où nous sommes venus qui plus est nous a fait découvrir les 4 saisons en 1 semaine, le voisinage est très sympathique et solidaire surtout quand il faut aider à sortir la voiture de la neige ou encore scier les branches d’arbres entravant la route lors de l’intempérie! Et notre hôte Perrine a été hyper réactive et très bienveillante, nous avons aimé notre séjour, merci encore

This is a WONDERFUL house in the perfect area of Chamonix. Our family of 5 visited in the summer for a two week vacation and loved every minute. Will recommend to our personal friends and would stay again! The House: the home is spotless, very spacious with a gorgeous high end kitchen and clean, stylish, spacious bathrooms and bedrooms, laundry room & separate TV room, floor to ceiling sliding window doors to maximize the mountain view and light. Location: Set in a quiet, safe, upscale neighborhood, you get the benefit of a spacious home, garden, garage, hot tub/spa and deck with a SPECTACULAR view. AND it is only a 5 minute bike right right into central Chamonix. (we rented bikes at Intersport in town- super easy!). It's a 20 minute walk by the river to town or a 2 minute drive. The host was available for any questions and check in/ check out was a breeze. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for even the pickiest of guests. You will not be disappointed.

Très bel environnement, entre le lac et un vraiment beau massif. Le chalet dispose d'un beau terrain, vaste, très agréable par beau temps. Quant au chalet en lui même, pas de surprise par rapport à l'annonce, si ce n'est que la chambre avec les 2 lits simples ne dispose pas de porte pleine. Elle est séparée du couloir par des battants, l'encadrement étant trop étroit pour y installer une porte. Cela ne nous a pas gêné, mais nous a surpris.

excellent séjour chez vous. on s'est bien reposée, le côté privatif se la terrasse est super et tout ca a côté du centre ville. je recommande a 100%

Beautiful views over looking the lake and the mountains. The hike up to the place is totally worth it and Gerard was a star for bringing the quad bike and transporting the luggage up.

Séjour très agréable pour les adultes et encore plus, pour les enfants. L’espace autour du chalet est exceptionnel : calme ( au bout d’une impasse) , sécurisé, vert. Les enfants ont découvert plein de jeux ( trampoline, voitures à pédales par exemple) auxquels ils ne s’attendaient pas et en ont largement profité. Les meubles de jardin ont été spécialement apprécié par les adultes pour prendre l’apéro.

Wij hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in de chalet van Cara. Alle voorzieningen zijn beschikbaar, uiterst rustig, prachtig zicht. Ook een zeer goed werkende sauna! Met een gewone wagen of SUV geraakt je zeker niet naar boven (in de zomer), en ja het is een pittige (echter niet erg lange) klim naar de chalet, maar het is het echt waard!!

Le chalet est exceptionnel, très confortable. Nous avons été accueillis par Madame Bren qui est une personne charmante et conviviale. Le seul bémol (et encore) c’est que nous sommes venus durant la saison transitoire donc peu d’activités d’ouvertes à ce moment la mais ça n’a en rien gâcher notre plaisir. En tout cas je recommande vivement !!

Un séjour parfait, au calme, au pied du lac. Le cadre est magnifique et le logement est super. Très agréable. Albane est très réactive et disponible. Je garde le lieu en mémoire pour y revenir !

Très bon séjour dans un petit mazot savoyard, environnement très paisible et très beau avec une vue magnifique, de belles promenades à proximité. Tout le nécessaire pour 2 personnes, avec petit balcon et table dans le jardin. Nous recommandons !
