The cabin is only 10 minutes from Folkestad-ferga.

You can explore famous places such as Geiranger and Olden(about 2 hours) , Loen with Loen Skylift(1.5 hours), the bird island Runde, Øye(1h)and Jugendbyen Ålesund(1.5h), and take mountain hikes on foot or by skis to Slogen, Saudehornet, Liadalsnipa, Molladalen and Melshornet(can go from the cabin). Close to several alpine and cross-country trails.

Great hiking area right behind the cabin, with old hellevei laid out by around 1000 large either in the 1800s. We are also in the middle of attractions like Geiranger, Loen and Olden, and Runde with the bird mountain. Also Jugendbyen Ålesund is 1.5 hrs away. In Fosnavågen, we have Sunnmørsbadet water park, 45 minutes away if the day is gray...

It is exactly what you can experience in Jølet, the cabin that is special to provide an optimal sense of close proximity to nature. On the edge of a pond, created by the river a thousand years old to reach the fjord, weave the cabin partly on the terrain. Located completely by itself without close neighbors, but overlooking cultural landscapes and rural areas, this is a perfect city both for relaxation and activity.

Your parking space is in front of our house, and you go down an exterior staircase to your entrance. The entry has a big wardrobe. Next is the modern and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and washer dryer combo. Down the hallway is a bedroom with a 150x200cm bed and a big closet, and a living room with a sofa bed that pulls out to 140x200cm and a crib. If you need to relax, this cabin, in natural surroundings is perfect for you! The name of the cabin is "Urastova". On this former small farm you can enjoy the silence with wild sheep and deer close to the cottage. The new cottage is located a few minutes from the majestic sea cliff Hornelen. The area offers very good fishing opportunities and hiking in the woods and mountains. (There is a folder in house with information, description and maps of the different hikes, trips and activities).
